We absolutely loved our stay at Casa DiLuca. The staff was incredibly warm & welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The decor makes you feel like you are staying in a private oasis. Feels more like a home than a hotel. So many beautiful spots around the hotel to relax. We booked a day at the on-site spa and it was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the basic amenities you need (hair dryer, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, etc.) It was a luxury to find a humidifier in the room. The pool rooftop is also gorgeous! There’s a small bar and the perfect view of the tower. This location was walking distance to all the best restaurants & cafes. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. I would 100% recommend.

We pretty much loved the ambiance. That was pretty much it. When we arrived at our room there was a very big ball of hair on the floor. That first night I fell down going to the bathroom because there was a big puddle under the AC. This is something that happens all the time but we could have been warned. We had to ask for an extra floor mat to cover the puddle for the rest of the trip, as it was at the bathroom door. The only way to enter the hotel is to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to open the door. They assure you that there is always going to be someone there to let you in. There wasn’t. We were left outside for 10 minutes and only because we were lucky that another guest was leaving and opened the door. We experienced this twice. We called and texted and got no answer. For 2 hours we could not find anyone who worked at the hotel to tell them was happening The first day, the housekeeper who cleaned our room was extremely rude because we came in to the room as she was cleaning. Our whole experience in Cartagena was disappointing, and this hotel is the main reason why. If you have a impairment to climbing stairs this hotel is not for you, you need to get to the third floor to have breakfast,.

In less than 24h we already had two incident On the first night we didn’t sleep well because of the noise of the street and no solution was given. - Same on the second night Second problem : no hot water to take a shower. Moreover the manager didn’t care at all about the problems. He never proposed any solution or had the courtesy to call us despite many request… I find it really unacceptable considering the price of the accommodation

Great hotel with stunning rooms! This hotel is close to restaurants and bars and is in a very safe location.The food is one of the best we've ever had! The staff is very friendly and helpful.We can't wait to visit again.

This hotel cancelled my reservation two weeks prior to my trip to Cartagena. I had made the reservation more than three months ahead of time. When I asked for an explanation they said it was a "system error" and there was no solution. I wouldn't ever risk booking a room at this hotel again.

Great staff. Harold, Joanna, Jorge, Warner, and Lamarise. Great location in old city and if booking excursion to Islas to take boats etc. Suited to couples, family, friends - unique experience for all really. Roof top excellent. Room AC just what you need.

This place is amazing. Located right in the heart of old town. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, you can tell they really care about their guests and work hard to make sure your stay is wonderful. We got the suite and the room was everything we hoped it would be, spacious and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend you stay here if you have the chance.

Habitación sin teléfono, las escaleras para ir a la habitación muy empinadas, la puerta no tenía llave de seguro y nos abrieron la puerta una mañana sin avisar a mi esposo y a mi. La cama muy blandita, la par es del baño no va al techo entonces todo se escucha, todo se huele y no tiene Estractor. Solo desayunos no tienen almuerzo.

Nos entregaron la habitación en pésimas condiciones, muchos mosquitos y humedad, el desayuno regular; por este motivo cancelamos nuestra estadía de los siguientes 2 días y pedimos el reembolso, en este momento no han solucionado nada, he llamado y he escrito correos y nadie responde. Se ve de una manera en las fotos, pero es otra en la realidad.
