Was my very first time staying in a premier inn. Stayed in a premier plus room on the 10th floor. For 1 night. And I must say that the room was clean and tidy as was the shower room. Bed was really comfy and the breakfast was absolutely banging. Top notch I must say

The reception area has now been removed with guests now needing to use the self check-in facilities very few staff available to assist with not a great deal of interest. The carpet in the Premier Plus room was heavily stained by bleach or cleaned with bleach but a bit unsightly.

We booked here for 3 nights sat to Tues our room was a premier plus room 906 nice size room, walk in shower, fridge, coffee machine. Staff at the check in were lovely I would say they need more staff on as the poor bloke was rushed off his feet but he coped very well. I would stay here again. We didn’t eat at the hotel as we had made plans with friends. X

We needed an overnight stay for a family celebration and close to the Arms park for a rugby match. I didn’t notice that there was a deal on but £35 a night for a family room was a steal!! The only down side was the lack of a visible drop off area, which meant we parked 1/2 mile away and walked across. Not a deal breaker but when it’s quite late at nights after travelling and with 2 young children it could’ve been better and easier.Check in was a doddle, QR code and self made key card. Directions were good inside and the decor was very surprising. Room was very pleasant, very roomy, quiet and had all that was needed. We would have eaten in the hotel if the menu was better labelled especially with free kids meals! Check out again was easy and all in all a very good experience.

Was a lovely nights stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and indeed the rest of the hotel was extremely clean and smelled lovely too. Myself and my children had a wonderful time and are planning to visit again next year.

Absolutely amazing!! Can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the hotel it’s self is decorated beautifully and super clean. We were greeted with a hand written note and complementary gifts in our room which was a really nice touch. We will most definitely be staying here again!
