Arrive here to stay for 3 nights but only manage to stay for 2 nites due to change of plans. Overall ,the room is clean and no smoke smell.although they serve breakfast ,u need to go to the cafe to pick up.breakfast is nice and the bread is fresh everyday.
I would give it a 5 star rate if the dining area is open for dining in with control SOP as many other dining places outside the hotel around that area allow dining in .
Staff is gracious,friendly & attentive.

Rooms is clean and very comfortable. Fast check in and the staff are very friendly. Parking area a bit limited due to the construction work nearby.. They have vending machine area with selection of hot coffee,drinks and light snack.

Sunway hotel group are always maintain their quality of service, front counter staff are friendly and helpful, allow for early check in when we were arrived early.
Car parking lot consider enough for guests is hotel rooms is not fully booked. We left some belonging is hotel room and staff are managed to locate and promise to
keep for us till our next visit. Thank you for the good service provided.

Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya provided a comfortable and convenient stay during my visit to Seberang Jaya. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Although the dining options were limited, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya offered good value for money and I would consider staying here again.

The hotel located at very strategic location..near to shopping complex and walking distance with variety of restaurants around the area..very clean hotels and easy check in. Self service check in kiosk available..recommended and will come back to stay here..

Stay here for 2 nights, air one is not cold enough. Other than that everything is good. Receptionist is very helpful. Will be best if aircond can be cold a bit.
