I love travelling with my daughters. We have had to stay in various hotels in Greece, Turkey, Egypt and other countries, including Italy. I usually always have a good experience of staying in hotels, but this hotel caused a storm of resentment and disgust! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel that describes itself as a 3-star hotel does not even come close to a single star in terms of quality of service or meeting European hotel service standards. All the minuses and negatives of staying in this diner (a diner, not a hotel or guest house): 1. The sneaky deception of customers starts as early as the booking process on the website. The photos in the description of this hotel show beautiful food, which gives the impression that the hotel offers a variety of dishes, or at least there is a choice of decent food. It turns out that all these photos are untrue and refer to the service of another hotel in another region! In fact, this hotel offers a simply awful breakfast, which consists of a croissant, yoghurt and - attention - two or three kinds of different desserts! Is this breakfast for tourists who come with children? What is so nutritious about this worthless breakfast? It is disrespectful to organize breakfast only in the style of Italians, who only eat croissant and drink coffee for breakfast. The hotel is visited by tourists with children from different countries, with different mentality and food culture. Where is your hospitality and respect? Why can't a three-star hotel provide a minimum set of products for breakfast - e.g. boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts??? I repeat - this is the minimum required breakfast set for a self-respecting hotel worldwide! The water in the vending machine is as if from a pit - unpleasant and tasteless, you cannot use such water for coffee or tea! In a word, - breakfast - just sucks, or rather - it just does not exist. And this in a Bed & Breakfast! 2. Have you ever seen a three-star hotel without ANY kettle or microwave in the kitchen? It was a real shock for us! I highly recommend the hotel management to get these important items. If the hotel cannot provide a proper breakfast, let the hotel customers heat food bought from the supermarket and boil good quality water. 3. On arrival at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water. How can this be when the hotel description states that there is hot water and it should be there? After my complaint the next day, the hot water appeared by evening. Thanks to the girl at reception who promptly responded to the request to take action. 4. The canteen attendant is an egregious case in general. A rude, ignorant, boorish, insolent person who is clearly not at his workplace and does not meet any requirements for the selection of staff serving hotel visitors. The tables are filthy, not cleaned on time. When we arrived, there was a room number on the table and...that was it. No fork, no knife, no napkins - the table was not prepared for the arrival of visi

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and had all inclusive deal. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff extremely nice and always ready to help making sure our staying to be pleasant. It was a lovely experience.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere questo Hotel struttura obsoleta,camere piccole, non ostante il parcheggio sia a pagamento i posti sono limitati e il personale ti chiede di parcheggiare dietro le auto degli altri ospiti. Il personale incompetente, scorbutico. La colazione è una miseria e per ciliegina sulla torta una mattina non hanno servito il caffè perché la macchinetta si era rotta e nn avevano un altra in sostituzione. cosa dire state lontani da questo Hotel se si può definire cosi

Posto da evitare …… stanze molto piccole, bagno con scarico non funzionante , cambio asciugamano inesistenti( chiesto in reception , li cambiano ogni tre giorni….. da non credere ) parcheggio solo a pagamento (10euro) a notte e con spazio millimetrico, colazione molto molto povera. Che dire non ci torno più !!!

Sono stata qualche giorno fa con il pacchetto Mirabilandia e avendo letto le recensioni ero un po' preoccupata, invece devo dire che siamo stati benissimo , la ragazza alla reception carinissima così come il resto dello staff, la stanza pulita e funzionale, la colazione abbondante con solo dolce ma questo è indicato anche nella descrizione dell'albergo. Sicuramente torneremo

14-15 agosto 2023, pacchetto con mirabilandia 2gg Camera mansardato per andare a letto o al bagno non so le testate che abbiamo dato.... Doccia con una tenda che si apriva a portafoglio e senza piatto doccia o divisorio, nulla, praticamente il bagno allagato in quanto l'acqua cadeva a terra.... Prima mattinata dopo una bella testata, scendiamo a fare colazione ore 8:15 ancora chiuso (c'è scritto colazione 08:00-10:00) La signora della reception vedo che fa una telefonata chiedendo l'orario della colazione se era alle otto o alle nove 😱.... Alle otto e mezza aprono le porte e.... Horrore.... O Meglio Non aprire quella Porta Tovaglia del nostro tavolo sporca c'è la facciamo cambiare, tende dietro sporche, mensole sporche, macchina del caffè e sotto dietro tutto sporco.... Per non parlare di cosa troviamo sul tavolo due torte dei saccottini alla marmellata chiara scura e mele tutti mischiati, e tre bottiglie di acqua.... Chiediamo se uscirà altro il Signore che stava in sala molto "stranito" e apparentemente in conflitto con la reception (capisco pure il suo nervosismo dovuto dal fatto di stare da solo a fare il tutto) ma non è carino ne professionale! .... Cmq a rate esce anche il succo di frutta dentro delle barocche "sporche" con una patina sopra in due colorazioni diverse che non si sa che Gusto siano.... Davvero M. A. L. E TANTO CHE, COLAZIONE INCLUSA MA L ABBIAMO FATTA AL BAR Esterno non ce la siamo sentiti in primis per i bambini .... Per non parlare che la sera del 15 torniamo in albergo tardi e toeviamo una signora a piegare gli asciugamani tutti stropicciati sul tavolo mi auguro che non siano quelli che troverete stesi all'albergo di fianco "chiuso" sui balconi 🙄 Noi siamo delle persone che si adattano a tutto, quindi ok il mansardato, ok al letto scomodo, ok alla doccia senza piatto.... MA SULLO SPORCO NON TRANSIGO.... STARE CON L ANSIA DI ATTACCARMI QUALCOSA NON ESISTE! LE STANZE ERANO LA NUMERO 302-303... HA VERAMENTE DEI PROBLEMI DI BASE MOLTO IMPORTANTI QUESTO ALBERGO MI DISPIACE PER LORO, MA SE DEVONA STARE COSI MEGLIO CHIUDERE! E SINCERAMENTE PENSO CHE MIRABILANDIA NON CI FACCIA UNA BELLA FIGURA AD ESSERE AFFIANCATI A LORO!

A leggere le recensioni precedenti avevo paura ma alla fine, visto il costo del pacchetto con mirabilandia, la sufficienza la prende. Le camere sono pulite ed il bagno con box doccia ristrutturato. Un piccolo balconcino ed un piccolo frigo ma utile per freddare l'acqua. La colazione veramente minimal con solo dolce. Per il parcheggio qualche problema ci sta. I posti sono pochi e fanno entrare più auto del dovuto rischiando di rimanere bloccati e dover aspettare. Se non avete grosse pretese può andare.

Spaventata dalle recensioni lette sono partita abbastanza prevenuta. Pacchetto mirabilandia siamo stati qui per 2 gg. Devo dire che il personale è stato tutto cordiale e attento ai consigli dati dai clienti. Colazione buona e varia adatta al tipo di struttura. Parcheggio in loco a pagamento ( 10 euro al giorno) . Prezzo giusto confrontato con altre strutture. Altrimenti si gira all infinito senza trovare parcheggio ( le comodità di pagano). Giudizio comprensivo BUONO.
