I had a really nice stay at this hotel, as I attended parklife. I used this hotel to get some rest in between the partying . It was a really comfortable stay and very quiet and peaceful which is what I needed after being at a festival all day. The staff couldn’t of done more to help me to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay the room was immaculate and cosy.

Booked a room for just me but the member of staff on reception felt it was ok to escort two visitors into the hotel and INTO MY ROOM at 1am when I was in bed! Absolutely scandalous. Will never stay here again.

The team were helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was clean comfortable and well aired. Location was just what we needed and the car park was secure. If you are going to Coop Live it’s a perfect place to stay!

Stayed as a bed for the night after take that concert. Ryan and Lynsey were on reception. They were really friendly on our arrival and when they knew we would be going into Manchester they told us the best way to get there (and back) - really convenient tram just 10 mins down a straight road. Also got extra pillow as soon as requested and remembered our conversation when we saw them later - service fab for adequate room - would stay again x

We have stayed here on several occasions as it is only about one & a half miles from Broadhurst Park, home of FC United of Manchester. The staff are friendly & the rooms are of the usual Premier Inn high standard. Free Wi-Fi (but not the best reception) & plenty of free parking. The adjoining Beefeater is rather expensive & understaffed as tables remained uncleared for quite a while.

The room was excellent, staff was brilliant always there to answer questions if need, will be stay again in the near future and will recommend to other family members on our next visit, really nice restaurant next door very good steakkkkkkk

Despite the uninviting exterior of the hotel, both the staff and the rooms exceeded expectations in terms of warmth and cleanliness. The staff's exceptional dedication and willingness to go the extra mile ensured a well-deserved break for guests. Their honesty and commitment to service were particularly noteworthy..

No 13A Socket next to bed for CPAP machine. No extension lead available, luckily I had one of mine own in the car. Room not serviced unless I requested it, this came as a shock when I returned form my business day and found no bed made and the bathroom not cleaned and refurbished.
