房間不錯位置很好，但是北馬其頓本身就很小，所以去哪裡都很方便的客服的服務態度很好，前台也很好，但是唯一的不足之處就是他的床因為它的床框比他的床墊要大連續兩次撞到膝蓋骨非常痛，這個點，希望能夠改進

Hôtel très bien situé près de la place principale. L’hôtel est propre et calme. Les serviettes de bain sont assez comparables à du carton mais ça va . Leur petit déjeuner est bon et copieux. L’hôtel propose aussi le transfert de et vers l’aéroport

The hotel is located next to the city square so navigating through the city is very easy. Rooms are great and they have a nice view of one of the main streets in Skopje. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's location in the heart of Skopje couldn't have been more perfect. I could easily explore the city's historic sites, restaurants, and vibrant culture, all within walking distance.

Staff was a great support for preparation, parking, excursions, then the location, room and breakfast all highlighted this experience in Skopje. Relatively cheap, according to other 4*s, clean, very good English reception, smiling house-keeping and nicely eqiped room. All good :)

The room given to us was on third floor overlooking street Room 308 Full of natural light Not a big room though spacious enough It was very clean and bed very comfortable Two different types of pillows TV had many channels and quite a few in English and 3 in Italian WiFi was excellent I loved the breakfast offered on day two as we went down at 07:30 First day we were late 08:30 and there was less of a choice I must point out that the ladies who run the breakfast room are very kind I asked for a scrambled egg as I don't particularly.like omelette or fried eggs That was no problem at all The room doesn't have any windows though I didn't find it to be claustrophobic I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone except those with walking difficulties as one has to climb 4 stairs from reception area to reach the lift There is no handrail either I asked the receptionist to inform the Manager as it's needed for people who find it difficult to climb stairs All in all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.Thank you to all the staff who made it possible

Extremely well-located hotel only 200 meters from the central Macedonia Square, close to bars, restaurants and with most bigger attractions within walking distance. Room and bath room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately all drain didn't work very well, so our bath room floor was regularly flooded with water from the shower. The breakfast is a bit basic but with OK variety, but absolutely nothing special especially with regard to the bread quality, there was room for improvement! The staff is friendly and help some, but unfortunately, we were told a story about over booking and a possible change of hotel at arrival - which we didn't accept - we had our room half an hour later :-)

The hotel is in a fabulous location with 200m to the main square. Everything is easily within walking distance. The room is a great size and very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a great range of food. The staff have been ver friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a Senior Suite months ago which they confirmed for us yet when we showed up they said none were available and the best they could do was an “Apartment”. …….must qualify though it was not the quality of room that is advertised in their pictures on their website…..in a different building ….needed to take a shady broken down elevator that literally stopped half way up…..hotel employee who was with us banged on the control panel until it worked again….then down a dark and depressing hallway only to find an old dank depressing apartment with a view of a tenement apartment building next door. Needless to say beat a path out of this place….normally stay at Hiltons and this experience reminded me why - literally had booked a room at the Doubletree Hilton before we hit the lobby to leave this unfortunate Hotel…..Doubletree might be further from the center but at least they care about their guests!!
