Hôtels Echarm à Changsha

Good location close to both the international convention and exhibition centre and the train station. The hotel is also located in a new, clean and beautiful area: looking across a green scenery and sport field but in a seperate lot to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The facility is modern and very clean so it gives you an impression of high-end hotel but the price is surprisingly a bargain compared to others. It may be a little away from Changsha city centre but the price makes up for it. Furthermore it’s close to the airport, train station and also very easy to book taxi to go every where. The room is spacious, clean and tidy with all the amenities and convenience you will need. The king bed is comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet and nice so I had plenty of good night sleeps. There is also an option of converting the sofa into an extra bed at no fee but I didn’t need it. On the 1st floor there is a small supermarket where you can find most of the common stuff and snacks. Next door there are a few restaurants if you are too lazy to go out. Moreover, amazing customer services, the staff were polite, helpful and the checking in was quick and easy! Changsha was stormy the day of my flight and there was difficulty getting a taxi to go to the airport because some roads were flooded. The hotel staff just noticed me sitting and waiting then offered to help getting me to the airport. Luckily if it wasn’t for the assistance of the hotel staff and the relatively closeness of the hotel to Changsha airport, I would not have made it to the airport in time for my flight. All in all, 5/5 ratings and compliments from me to this hotel and the staff!!

L'expérience de séjour est excellente, les détails de l'hygiène sont en place, l'intelligence de la maison est très pratique, le petit déjeuner est riche, la réception est enthousiaste, le choix de la première maison à voyager!

Je ne pensais pas que la réception était complète! Le processus de la réception était simple et il ne fallait pas attendre longtemps. La chambre était vide, la disposition était raisonnable et l'espace était suffisant. Le matériel électrique domestique fonctionnait normalement, l'effet de la lumière de la fenêtre était très bon, l'illusion de sommeil n'était pas totalement affectée. L'isolement sonore est bon et le bruit du couloir est insuffisant. Le transport est confortable autour, le trajet est très économe. Le personnel a besoin de lui répondre en temps utile. L'hôtel est en général décoré dans une atmosphère simple, maintenu en position, regarde très nouveau. Prix raisonnable, conditions globales en ligne. Le voyage est très relaxé ici, l'expérience est pleine, le voyage suivant sera repris bien.

La position de l'hôtel est bonne. Il est très proche de la station de métro. Il est très pratique de voyager. Le service de la réception est également très bon. Quel est le problème avec un téléphone peut être résolu. L'assainissement de la chambre est également très propre. La salle de bain est séparée séchée. Les produits de lit sont très propres et les bouchons sont très doux.

Santé: la chambre est propre et propre Service: très chaleureux, il y a un lavabo, la réception pour m'aider à manger chaud. Installations: très complètes Environnement: loin de la place 51, plus calme C'est bon.

這次入住體驗特別滿意，必須給滿分好評！房間打掃得非常乾淨，細節處理到位，住着安心又舒服。床軟硬適中，睡眠質量超棒。前台工作人員態度親切，辦理手續快速高效，服務很貼心。酒店位置好找，出行方便，周邊配套齊全，環境安靜不嘈雜。整體性價比很高，服務和環境都挑不出毛病，下次出行還會選擇這裏，真心推薦給大家！

因為要去湖南大學和嶽麓書院特意訂在這裏，地鐵一個站就能到，第二天去橘子洲頭也很方便。後面是後湖，風景好，休閑。比住五一廣場附近好太多。 早餐是驚喜，現煮長沙米粉碼子豐富，麪點、粥品一應俱全，南北口味都能兼顧。酒店配備自助洗衣房，帶烘乾熨燙，旅遊換洗衣物輕鬆解決。

There was road construction when we visited so getting in and out of the hotel was a bit of a hassle. The nearest subway stop is about a 7 minute walk, which felt difficult due to the construction and summer heat. In other conditions though it's probably fine. Overall the rooms were alright, but the hallways are not air conditioned and A/C turns off when you leave the rooms. This means even if you set the A/C on the strongest and coldest setting, it will take 30 minutes at least for the rooms to start cooling and even then will not really cool more than about 77 degrees or so throughout the night. The A/C didn't reach the bathroom/shower/sink area so it was quite hot there. The construction of the room felt somewhat unfinished as well with the sink pipe going directly into a hole cut through the ground. There were only a few bugs but it was still a concern. Breakfast was average. There is a cheap and good 24 hr noodle place next door which I recommend. There is cigarette smell in the lounge and hallways, but our room was fine. For the price, it's a decent place but if you prefer stronger A/C I would recommend looking somewhere else.

Le service de la réception Xiao Wang est chaleureusement attentif et répond rapidement. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et goûtant. Le coût global est élevé, adapté aux voyageurs commerciaux ou de loisirs, il est fortement recommandé d'aller!
