The staff upgraded to a room with window, and was willing to entertain me to swap the upgraded room when I felt uneasy about the mahjong table.
There was a power outage one of the night and was fixed within 1 hour, but the best part is the concierge call me on wechat to ensure me everything was going to good. For a female foreigner and solo traveler, a responsive concierge is very important to me.
Location is convenient, metro station (line 6) is around the corner 5-6 minutes walk. But if you want to visit IFS area, an alternative is take bus no. 11 of which bus stop is just next to the hotel building.
Breakfast was acceptable, choices are limited but as long as they serve eggs I am always happy that.
Alot of local restaurants near to the hotel, with convenient shops right below. Morning you can even see street food sold around the corner.
If you're sensitive to smell of smoke, then floor 10 may not be suitable for you.

Pro:
1. Location is good, walking distance from subway.
2. After sales service is good by asking feedback via weechat but I have left the hotel and heard that they follow up on the review that I have provided below.
Cons:
1. Front desk service is quite bad during check-in, no smiling, raised their voices when ask them questions.
2. Simple breakfast, not much variety, taste so so only, no fruits, saw the staff using bare hand to arrange the bread.
3. Toilet and bedsheet was not clean up properly on 2nd day staying, can see stain on toilet bowl and hair on the bed, disgusting.
4. The wall is too thin, can hear people next room talking at night.
