第一：位置不太好找，前面有個路口很容易走錯
第二：車位很少，地下車庫也進不去，我車被安排到停車場外面的路邊停了一夜
第三：空調不製冷也不制熱，開了就是沒反應
第四：智能馬桶呵呵，就是普通馬桶加一個自動沖水
第五：定了一個大床房有早餐的，到店居然發現上面寫了一份早餐，讓我加28元買一份早餐，前台質疑的問你們兩個人就吃一份早餐嗎？
第六：入住的時候，值夜班的前台態度不好
總結一下，裝修能看出來材料是很差的那種，雖然還算挺新的但感覺low，住了就知道了。

全五星，很不錯，設施新，床軟硬適中，衹能設施，服務也不錯，説説兩個缺點吧，節假日地下停車場沒開放停車有點緊張，隔音稍微差點，主要還是某些客人一大早大喊大叫的

先説説位置：酒店附近有很多餐飲，便利店，買東西很方便。
設施：房間實際情況和商家照片一致，乾淨清爽，房間夠大，帶着孩子也不覺得擁擠。全屋智能語音控制，窗簾、電視、空調温度都可以語音控制非常方便。
服務：第二天一早叫了早點是機器人送上來的，沒吵到孩子休息，服務很貼心，以後帶孩子還會選擇這裏

酒店服務很好前台小姑娘很有耐心給我們介紹房間的智能設備非常好用特別是小度可以設定空調温度好用，設備也不錯:房間都是新裝修的，馬桶可以加熱，這天氣用着剛剛好，很舒服，衞生很乾凈床也很軟和，酒店停車也很方便在院子。去了周邊太湖逛了逛很不錯推薦推薦下次還來這家格林東方。

一次不錯的入住體驗，房間剛剛裝修，非常乾淨，設備還是智能的，性價比非常高，但是前台人員服務意識還需要加強，早餐也不是很好吃，希望改進吧
