Super convenient location next to bus station. Very clean and efficient room layout. Wonderful personal service by the owner!

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in! The owners were super friendly and the room was super clean and comfortable. Not once did I have a single complaint about this amazing stay! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

From before we arrived, until our parting good-byes, ANTEL Suites and staff were absolutely perfect. In particular, owner Xanthi is the loving Greek mother everyone should have- assisting with reservations, parking, and concerns about wheelchair access to make everything about our stay enjoyable. We were greeted by the most charming desk team every time we "returned home" and discovered special treats like cakes, nuts, and liqueurs in our suite. The suite itself was modern, efficient, spotless, and compliant with the most stringent of American accessibility requirements - but in beautiful Chania, Greece! Door widths, barrier-free entrances, a roll in European shower, toilet, adaptive equipment and hand bars were exceptional and like no other in our many travels. If you travel using a wheelchair, ANTEL suites is a dream come true. In addition, the suite had an excellent apartment style kitchen for cooking (though we didn't - who can compete with the chefs of Chania?) The bed and bedding were of superior quality and comfort. ANTEL is very conveniently located across from the central bus terminal for touring, getting to beaches, and in the center city if getting around on foot / wheels for meals and shopping. Finally, ANTEL was an exceptional value all around. My only sadness is that we had to leave - we will definitely return someday and cannot recommend this accessible find more strongly to all. We stayed here for three nights in September in a 1 bedroom suite. The room was exceptionally clean and we were happy to find a snack plate and water in the refrigerator upon arrival. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind, allowing us to store our luggage there while we waited for our room to be prepared. They also arranged for taxi pickup on the day of our departure. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from old town and is close to many shops and restaurants. One drawback is it is along a busy road, so there is noise from cars until about 10pm at night. However, this is the case for anyone staying in the middle of the city.

My cousins and I stayed at Antel Suites for three nights and had an amazing experience. So much so that we extended our original two night booking to stay an extra night. Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were guests in their home. The rooms were extremely clean, modern and equipped with everything one may need. I must also add that the beds were the most comfortable ones that we had slept in during our entire two week holiday in Greece! The location was also perfect. It is situated right across from the main bus terminal in Chania, which was so convenient for us to take the bus in the morning to various beaches or different areas in Crete. It was also only a few minutes walking distance from the port which is a popular area filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. Overall we had an amazing experience at Antel and will definitely be staying here again!

We have just got back from a great week in Chania. A big part of that was our stay at the amazing Antel Suites. Xanthia and her team were so lovely, warm and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The suite itself was so clean and pristine that it felt like we were the first people to stay there! The bed was VERY comfortable. The WiFi was good, the tv had Netflix, Prime and YouTube included (if you want something to watch during the HOT midday hours). Antel Suites is situated close to everything; less than a 10min walk to Chania old town and all of its shops, bars, and restaurants. There is a supermarket just across the road and the bus station is also just opposite. There are two beaches close by; Nea Chora is about 15 minutes walk and Koum Kapi (a small city beach) about 18mins. We found this to be perfect for us. And unlike a lot of places that are situated right in the middle of the old town, Antel doesn’t suffer from all the noise from the late-night bars etc. But the main attraction for us was the staff. They were so helpful and attentive. From the plate of home-made cake and snacks on your arrival to local recommendations. One day we put beach towels and T-shirts on the balcony to dry (worried that they might get blown away). A staff member spotted this and without us asking, someone was knocking on our door with a clothes horse for our use. So attentive! No matter how busy they were, there was always a happy greeting whenever you passed through reception. I can’t recommend Antel Suites highly enough. When we return to Chania there is only ONE place we will be staying. Thank you, Antel! X
