設施：符合價錢，中規中矩。就是電視不能看其他衞視台。
衞生：正常。
環境：大堂非常大，房間也不錯。作為一個潮汕站到汕頭的中轉酒店，地點是不錯的。
服務：前台小姐姐很有禮貌。

房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，房間設施新，床品舒服，洗衣服特別方便，有自助洗衣房，還有停車場，好停車，總體物超所值，是一次非常滿意的體驗

在古城玩完打算去南澳但是太遠了決定在潮安先休息一晚，這個酒店應該算是這片區很好的一家了，是原來一個老三星級酒店重新翻修的，又是新酒店所以味道有點重，本來是雙床房前台給升級到家庭房，家庭房多一個沙發，房間還有個鎖着的暗門。到了半夜隔壁入住就聽到吵鬧聲然後不停拉暗門吵醒了我們，確實很不安全。然後打不到車去汕頭，附近公車站也不去…唉這邊沒車真不方便。

非常差的一次出差入住，剛剛消殺完的房間放出來開給客户，把客户悶在消殺完的房間裏置於慢性自殺嗎？我從3：07開始打電話給前台溝通到3：25客服服務員才出現，且一問三不知！客服部不知道哪些房間可以放出來開給客户，前台不知道哪些房間做了消殺。這就是麗楓連鎖店的服務態度嗎？退房時有告訴前台和客服經理，結果仍然未果！唉，衹能説差評呀，而且次店還是2024年政協會指定的酒店！

差評主要給服務。入住三晚一直有敲東西的聲音，反饋了也沒有處理。如果是酒店內部在裝修那應該在入住時就避免將客人安排到裝修樓層。另外要求開水單，説加微信後開具結果兩天了催了兩次也沒開完
