Restaurant not available, bad smell from toilet, very salty bathing water, lobby area not cleaned and poor air ventilation - can't stand at that area not more than a minute. Poor response from the receptionist and front office team. Security not available for the entire hotel. Risk for parked car. Room service food quality poor. Totally not ok for business class people

Rooms are not neat but ok, centralised ac not working, 1 t split ac is useless, ok to stay with friends but not suitable for family

One day stay in property on my business trip went disappointing. Good property bad management poor services provided.

Peoperty is good with good location. But service needs to be improved. Maintenance of the property also needed. Close monitoring of experienced manager is needed

Breakfast is very limited and not matched with the price. Renovation is happening and spider webs in the lobby. Highly priced

Rooms are very bad. Small cockroaches were running in the corners. Water logged in the bathing place. Wash basin tap is broken. Screens were sticky. Dirty under the bed. Bed has spring type and it keeps bouncing while in use. Not worth for the money spend. Lack’s maintenance. Very disappointed with this booking.

The good:
- huge hotel with big lobby
- multiple lifts
- big rooms the bad:
- mouse in the room
- the restaurant is almost non-functioning. It has only one veg dish and very few other options. There are also no restaurants nearby. - no wifi in room. Only at lobby. - bathroom tabs and fixtures are old and not maintained. - complimentary breakfast is bad

Room is good, but there are no full set of amenities. Restaurant is not in operation except for the breakfast till 10 am. Room cleanliness is good but the property cleanliness needs to be improved. Hotel landline is not working to contact the property unless you book in the third party site and get the property manager number. Property surroundings are not that safe to the families and the surrounding are filled with the cars that comes for service and the trucks.
