L'emplacement est très bon, près de la porte Tha Phae à 5 minutes à pied. Le personnel est également gentil et heureux de vous soutenir. Moins de stationnement mais ils louent une place de parking privée à proximité de l'hôtel pour leurs clients. La chambre est propre mais trop sombre pour moi.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast spread is good value. Close to bars, massage parlours and city centre but quiet and peaceful at night. Will stay again!

Stayed in Sleep Mai Thapae for 6 days, and it was the most comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was decent. They had a variety of dishes, mostly pork. Unfortunately, we don't take pork. Apart from that, the spread was decent. Location wise, Sleep Mai Thapae is right smack in the centre of Chiang Mai's old town's hustle and bustle. We could walk to most places. Highly recommended.

No complaints about my 5N stay in this hotel. Location was good, near to the night markets and right smack in the old city. Hotel breakfast was decent and staff were polite. The room was clean too and has all basic amenities.

This hotel is located in a great location near Tha Phae gate although some vehicles cannot get into the small alleyway in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and happy to give you recommendations for around the area. It is a good location since many tours would be okay with picking you up here with no extra charge. If rooms are available you can check in early, otherwise they allow you to store your baggage there. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner available but have to request toothbrush at the counter. Overall great stay.

The location is quite good and allowed us to walk comfortably to the Old Town and to the Night Bazaar. The pool is really small and offers no privacy from the small lobby, so I won't choose this hotel for the pool. There was just one very tiny balcony attached to one of the rooms and the rooms were average in size. There is zero storage or shelving in the rooms but it did come with a handy safe box and refrigerator. It is rather noisy at night and the sound from from the street bars do go on till midnight. The service overall can be better though. I find that the hotel management is pedantic and paranoid about relatively small things like a missing towel or staining of a towel. We were made to pay an onerous fine for two towels stained. While I understand that I should pay for the towel, it was not necessary to make us feel like we committed a major criminal offence and charge us an exorbitant fine for old used towels! I certainly wont stay here again, not knowing what else they may find fault with.
