Everything good but the window curtains doesn't fully block the light, so sunlight comes into the room, disturbing sleep.

This trip makes it worth travelling to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Our 5D4N stays was amazing, cosy and location is super convenient to any night markets, shopping mall and even to supermarket etc. Thank u to all the staff for making the room with birthday deco and complimentary cakes. Only one thing is the noise level especially you booked staying the corner room. Overall is excellent!! Including their breakfast Will visit again soon !!

Perfect location at Nimmanhemin area, very close to almost everything you need in Chiang Mai. Lovely room with functional facilities. Great air conditioning system. Very nice of gym equipment and also swimming pool. Tasty and various choices of breakfast. Staffs are very friendly.

there is a difference between nationality when we check-in for those who speak in Thai and English which is very frustrating to feel that. The receptionist give and explain to English speaker more deeply than Thai speaker which is not equal as both are guests. The staff also didn’t explain the room amenities and details of hotel which is very disappointing. However, Bell man is very helpful compared with Front Desk which I would give 1/10. We will not comeback again.

Love this hotel! Great service, flexible breakfast ordering during the stay, and 24-hour check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, and the hotel offers impressive quality.

I visited Chiang Mai in October 2024 but was unable to secure a room during my last trip. This time, I was fortunate to book a room for my 3 night stay. The receptionist, Khaw n her team were incredibly friendly and helpful. She noted my request for a firm bed due to my back condition and ensured it was accommodated. Not only that, but she also fulfilled my request for four extra pillows and even upgraded my room to a Premium room. Khaw went the extra mile by assisting me with booking massage therapy, either by email or phone. The bellboy, Pong, was exceptionally helpful as well. Since I primarily used Grab for transportation, he always made sure I was getting the best rate compared to taxis. The room was spotless n the bed linens were crisp and fresh. They were also very generous in refilling the drinking water. While some guests mentioned in their reviews that the corridor and shower area were dark, I found the lighting to be just perfect. Their international buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of dishes. We also tried their weekend seafood buffet dinner, which was absolutely incredible! The selection of seafood, along with a wide range of local and international cuisines, was truly indulgent. To top it off, we were entertained by live music throughout our dinner, making the experience even more enjoyable. Looking forward to coming back again n soon!!

Very nice place, good location and very innovative design

Superb location where one nimman just opposite the hotel. Room was spacious, a bit noisy during the night coz of the bar nearby. But overall it was fantastic.

I stayed for a couple of nights and overall had a decent experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the price was great for what you get. The staff were also friendly and helpful. However, I didn’t like the pool or the rooftop — they looked abandoned and had no atmosphere. Also, there was a gap in the window, which let in a lot of noise at night and made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Hotel located at very convenient area. Surround with nice restaurants, markets, spa and coffee shop. But the hotel room can hear airplane passing by and the live band music from outside.

Friendly and very detail guidance for the hotel features and complimentary drink snack given by the front desk staff and porter guys! Room is very spacer, clean and worth for money spent.

It's an excellent hotel. It's so convenient to go to other places around there, such as One Nimman and Maya. You can stay there 24 hours, and you can check in and check out at the same time.

Good location just located beside One Ninman and Maya Mall but 5-7mins walked to the nearest 711 However the hotel soundproofing soso especially you are facing One Ninman which liveband everyday until 2am but if you facing main road the noisy level only for bike which no issue for me and hotel located nearby airport so will keep heard of airplane sound
