Отель небольшой. В маленьком дворике красивые деревья. Идеально для отдыха летом, но и весной неплохо. Сауна на дровах замечательная. Предварительно спросили какую температуру мы любим. Был травяной чай. Номер люкс отличный. Есть ванна. Близко к центру городу. Пять минут и вы возле Триумфальной арке. Можно посидеть на балконе. Особых недостатков нет, может быть только не хватает чайника в номере. Кроме того, легко бьётся посуда, потому что покрытие кафель. Интерьер достаточно приятный, в стиле лофт. Завтрак проходит в небольшом ресторанчике на первом этаже отеля. Все блюда вкусные. Были отварные овощи, сосиски, хлопья, яйца вкрутую, колбаса, сыр. Чай и кофе тоже на уровне. Администраторы создают в отеле доброжелательную атмосферу.

While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free super high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps!) that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages and also comes with a built-in Android TV to treat yourself to all kinds of streaming apps!

I booked this hotel for 7 nights and while being there, my trip was shortened by 1 day. My assistant asked if we could shorten the stay with one day and if this would be charged. The hotel manager answered ”We confirm to cancel the last night and it will not cost for this change.” So, I supposed that the last night was not charged. And indeed, the hotel bill was lowered from 18.900 MDL to 16.200 MDL. However, the credit card amount, converted in Euro was equivalent to 18.900 MDL. When asking to correct this, the hotel manager stated that they do charge for the last night because it was a non-refundable rate but they did not charge anything for changing from 7 to 6 nights. (???? non-refundable OK but never experienced a hotel charging for shortening a stay, this was a nonsense argument !!!) In essence, the hotel manager just thought that we would not check what was really charged to the credit card. Hotel Manager: ... do not take people for stupid ... sorry, you just lost one client, ... and I guess others who go through the reviews!

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Ma femme a séjourné seule dans cet hôtel entre la fin de juillet et le début d'août dernier, pour une ”arrêt imprévu” due à une coïncidence perdue entre deux opérateurs de voyages différents. L'hôtel en question dispose de prix concurrentiels, surtout en raison de sa position au centre-ville, mais les chambres ne sont pas toutes bien entretenues. Les téléviseurs dans les chambres fonctionnent mal, mais probablement parce qu'ils sont en effet synthonisés sur les radios russes. Compte tenu de cela, le Wi-Fi fonctionne toujours merveilleusement, et vous pouvez facilement remédier à l'absence de télévision avec une foule de contenus multimédias sur Internet. Enfin, le personnel est très aimable et attentif aux besoins des utilisateurs. ---------- Ma femme est restée seule dans cet hôtel entre la fin juillet et le début août dernier, pour un ”arrêt inplanté” du fait d'une connexion manquée entre deux différents opérateurs de voyages. L'hôtel en question dispose de prix compétitifs, en particulier en raison de son emplacement dans le centre-ville, mais les chambres ne sont pas toutes bien entretenues. Les chambres sont très bien équipées, mais elles sont très bien équipées pour les stations de télévision russes. Le Wi-Fi fonctionne toujours avec une grande satisfaction et vous pouvez facilement remédier à l'absence de télévision avec une fête de contenu multimédia sur Internet.

Good place for the money they charge. Employees were super friendly. Hotel is perfect if you need to stay a day or so until you continue your trip. 10 minutes drive from North Bus Station and 25 from the airport. Receptionist Elena made me a box with my breakfast, which was so nice)

i shall start with the positives , staff are super friendly , breakfast is great with good variety , parking is available , room space is convenient , what i didnt like , major hotel toiletries were not available , thin walls is a big problem in this hotel , you can literally here your neighbors next door , for light sleepers like myself is not easy to get a good night sleep , finally the location is far enough from the city center , although its closer to the airport and the Malldova ( if u re into shopping )

Comfortable, petit hôtel avec un environnement domestique. Bienvenue, personnel communiqué. Tout est excellent. À 20 minutes de route au centre-ville. Il y a une ferme près. Les magasins ne sont pas loin. À moins de 29 km de l'aéroport.
