Die Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Top Lage, und man benötigt nur wenige Minuten Fußweg bis zu den berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in Chisinau. Zudem befinden sich zahlreiche Cafes & Restaurants, sowie Bäckereien und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service: Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen, da man die Mentalität ,,der Gast ist König'' in diesem Hotel Lebt!. Sowohl die Unterstützung beim Gepäck tragen, als auch der ausgezeichnete Service im Frühstücks Restaurant, und die Tatsache dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption aufstehen, sobald ein Gast die Lobby betritt, zeigt dass man hier nicht nur ,,Luxury'' auf die Fassade des Hotels geschrieben hat, sondern dass das Wohlergehen des gastes absolute Priorität hat. Die Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind im Kommunistischen Sowjetstil eingerichtet, lassen aber dennoch keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage sowie WIFI, Minibar & TV sind Standard in allen zimmern. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über beheizbare Handtuchhalter und Kleiderschränke in denen eine Lampe angebracht ist, welche den Kleiderschrank beim Öffnen beleuchtet.

Les chambres étaient belles - modernes, propres et confortables. Le lit était exceptionnellement confortable et j'aime la chaise confortable pour se détendre. La chambre était dotée d'un minibar très bien entretenu, à la différence de beaucoup d'hôtels ces jours-ci. Le petit déjeuner buffet est le meilleur que j'ai vu dans le monde et devrait répondre à la plupart des attentes. Le Lotus Spa mérite une visite - les masseurs sont exceptionnels et sont fortement recommandés à la fin de la journée pour un massage relaxant. Le bar de New York est très agréable pour vous détendre et bénéficie également d'un siège à l'extérieur quand le temps est chaud.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

This is an average hotel and should NOT be 4-start rated. The hotel has a small lobby, a decent burger kind of restaurant with a great variety of food (what I had was reasonable quality), and a breakfast area with a basic breakfast buffet. Location is good in the city center. My room was at a higher floor and had a nice room. The room I stayed in was quite large, more or less nice decorated. Not as clean as I would have expected with as it seems only immediate visible areas being cleaned. The room and especially the bathroom is old and needs an update. There were ants on the floor of the bathroom !! Friendly staff except for 1 lady in the lobby who was quite rude and not customer oriented at all. A 3-star hotel but I give only 2 star rating because it needs an urgent update and because it is not as clean as you would expect for a 3-star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

While I was expecting a basic boutique hotel for the price we paid, this place surprised us completely. Everything from the fittings and amenities in the room to the decor was top-notch. I certainly didnt expect a highly wired room with an Android TV-powered smart tv and 300 Mbps blazing internet connectivity! And the hospitality also was on par with higher-end hotels and not like a basic boutique LOCATION: Good location close to all points of interest in the city center DINE + DRINK: They have a lovely wine bar and the breakfast was worth waking up for too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 305, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the cityscape; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa quality cosmetics FACILITIES: Super compact Gym with an Old school free weights and an elliptical machine. Ok for diehard fitness *******, not motivating enough for the rest probably! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. i shall start with the positives , staff are super friendly , breakfast is great with good variety , parking is available , room space is convenient , what i didnt like , major hotel toiletries were not available , thin walls is a big problem in this hotel , you can literally here your neighbors next door , for light sleepers like myself is not easy to get a good night sleep , finally the location is far enough from the city center , although its closer to the airport and the Malldova ( if u re into shopping )

L'hôtel est vraiment propre et confortable. Les chambres sont propres et le lit est également très confortable, j'ai eu un excellent repos. Il est plus ou moins proche du centre-ville (10-15min marche) qui est également un avantage. La nourriture est délicieuse et avec une large gamme de choix.

Le complexe est fort dit. Dans le chemin de l'aéroport à Kishinev, cette institution vaut la peine. Clean, paphosno. Dans les chambres de bonnes vêtements, cosmétiques dans la salle de bain. Mais: boire de l'eau même pour la vente NO!!! Le réfrigérateur est vide. La cabine de douche était réservée, mais elle fonctionne exclue. Et le prix de l'institution n'est pas petit, comme dans le centre du kishinev dans les cinq réseaux
