Un endroit fantastique pour se ressourcer avant ou après un voyage. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le onsen à l'aéroport est unique. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, bien qu'un peu plus cher.

Exceptional , well designed and ultra comfortable hotel. Onsen is solid, gym has all the machines you need but feels that was not much effort put into it comparatively to the rest of the facilities.

A very elegant hotel perfect for catching early flight the next day

Amazing hotel. One of the best hotel that I have ever stayed. Staffs are very friendly, hotel rooms are large and facilities is unbelievable. Worth the money if you have an early flight the other day.

The location was great as we were able to catch our flight the next morning without much hassle. The hotel standard was superb with everything required in place.The room is modernand spacious. The staffs are very helpful. The rooms are so sound proof you do not hear the planes. The onsen was lovely. The hotel is in very close proximity to the shopping centre at the Chitose airport (7minutes walk)

The hotel is comfortable, spacious, clean. There is airport view but we didn’t hear any noises. It is come with onsen so you can relax ☺️

We had the pleasure of staying at Portom International Hokkaido, conveniently located within the New Chitose Airport International Passenger Terminal. The room was a harmonious blend of modern technology and comfort. Amenities provided were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to a variety of shopping and entertainment options within the airport. Overall, Portom International Hokkaido exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

Room is so spacious for Japanese standard and it was just 5 mins walk from the international terminal. This has to be one of the best airport hotels I stayed in!
