It's a pretty new and modern hotel, located in the business district. The building is shared with a few other hotels, so it will be a little confusing at first. The rooms are nice and clean, and modern, but they are not situated on the higher floors like the other hotels in the same building. We opted for the river view but not high enough. Location is just opposite the Raffles City, and next to the subway station, very convenient.

I've stayed at voco Chongqing twice: in Dec 2023 and Mar 2024. Both times I was completely satisfied with the hotel. The location is excellent: just across the street from Raffles City (a huge luxury shopping mall with various restaurants and shops). Right next door, there's a smaller complex building with street food and bargain clothes. The subway station is just a few steps away. I got a room with spectacular view of the river and the landmark skyscrapers of Chongqing. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room amenities are very nice, and the bedding is very comfortable. This is an excellent hotel. Special thanks to the hotel staff, Cindy and Cas, who gave us a warm welcome and wonderful service!

New hotel with fantastic staff. They don't all speak English, but they will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are larger than most and have a cosy yet modern feel. Views are amazing. Breakfast is very good. Best of all for us, there was a laundry room with free detergent - a small thing, but it made a huge difference to our china travels.

位置特別好，來福士商場就在對面，裏面吃的特別多，地鐵也在樓下，去大部分景點都近。服務員也特別好，見面永遠笑臉相迎，主動打招呼。要吐糟的是，地標江景能看到的江景就那麼一點，如果有下次肯定不訂地標江景，普通大床房性價比更高。還有送的下午茶就是每人一杯飲品加一小塊甜品，可寫上去的卻很豐富，這點不夠清晰。

非常差的酒店，第一次訂到這種酒店，漲教訓了：
1. 在寫字樓裏，沒有大堂，同一棟樓各種辦公室和小旅館
2. 不符合星級酒店標準
3. 攜程把這個酒店分類在五鑽篩選裏面非常不負責任
4. 無煙房有煙味
5. 完全不隔音，關好窗能聽到樓下的車聲人聲，走廊的聲音
6. 房間應該是辦公室改造的，格局奇怪
7. 不衞生，水池邊異物。裝修粗糙。

這次來重慶玩了四天，住了三個酒店。
因為第一天晚上訂的酒店衞生不好。臨時換了voco酒店。衞生狀況很好，床品也舒服。早餐種類不少。酒店有個觀景台。拍照來福士位置絕佳

優點：地理位置不錯，前台在13樓，有專屬電梯；入住恰逢38節，早餐廳給女士都單獨贈送小蛋糕，比較有心。
待完善：入住時要求安靜房間，但還是給了一間直麪馬路的角房，樓下車輛喇叭聲還是很影響休息的，前台溝通性有待加強。
