Il faut trouver cet hôtel. Je ne trouve que rarement un hôtel si bon à l'attitude de service. La sœur de la réception est très enthousiaste et patiente. Nous recommandons les caractéristiques attractives de Chongqing. Voir combien il est difficile de porter nos enfants et de nous aider à mettre à niveau le type de chambre. La chambre est toujours très bonne et très confortable. C'est un bon compliment.

♪♪illeniumEn tant que premier utilisateur de logements de Longmengzhou Village, il a été heureux de présenter, par l'intermédiaire du gestionnaire, un village de vacances de haute qualité créé par le gestionnaire pour des frais de plus de millions de dollars. Le village de Liu est divisé en trois parties, une pour les restaurants de logement, une pour les petits bars et les concerts, et une pour les jardinages, Le quartier résidentiel, autour de la montagne des jardins, est dépassé, il est étonnant d'utiliser les bâtiments modernes et de s'adapter à leur disposition traditionnelle. Ensuite, les installations de la chambre, l'assainissement propre, le toit à Daison, la salle de bains de la mer, l'expérience est très bonne, le service de la tante populaire et du gestionnaire est très enthousiaste. La méfiance est que les fenêtres de la chambre sont un peu transparentes, que le panneau de la tête du lit a été décoré peu de temps pour améliorer le goût, et j'espère que les détails seront plus améliorés. Le peuple est encore un peu à la fin, il peut attendre un meilleur effet mensuel. Une chance de revenir, en général, l'hôtel d'expérience est très bon, j'espère que le peuple le fera mieux!

IInvitéJust finished a five night stay at The Regent Chongqing, was one of the best hotel experiences ever.
Arrived at the start of the national three day Duanwu Dragon Boat Festival and was warmly greeted with two tasty green bean cake pastries in a traditional wood basket as a welcome amenity in the room.
Breakfast has an abundance of options, everything fresh and delicious.
Ate at the third floor Chinese restaurant twice and the dishes there are truly outstanding, some of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever tasted in Sichuan province and also rated as the second best restaurant in Chongqing on this website. Compared to some of the top tier restaurants in cities like Beijing and Shanghai, also very reasonably priced and affordable.
What’s really nice is the hotel offers complimentary laundry service for up to three pieces per day which I thought was a very thoughtful service. Mini bar in hotel room also completely free and restocked daily. Water pressure in room’s shower was also very strong which made showering very enjoyable.
Hospitality is really on another level here. During the stay I experienced:
- A small soft cloth wipe was left next to my laptop since the staff noticed my laptop screen was a bit dirty
- Staff during breakfast would go out of there way to ask if I wanted or needed assistance in preparing a bowl of noodles, per my request they kindly prepared one for me with the most popular condiments used by locals
- One of the chefs during breakfast made it known if there was anything at all I wanted him to specially prepare for me he would gladly do it
- Same chef (Mr. Swong), when he found out I would be departing for a day trip the next morning from the hotel at a very early hour (earlier than when the hotel breakfast dining would be open) made it be known that he would make arrangements for the hotel to prepare a bag of anything I wanted from the breakfast buffet to take with me so I could eat it in the car. Sure enough, the next morning at the front desk reception there was a bag waiting for me containing various fresh fruit, a hard boiled egg, sticky rice, orange juice, banana, water, utensils. When I walked outside to the car that had arrived to pick me up, both the driver and tour guide remarked they had never seen a hotel ever do this for a guest and that this must be a really exceptional hotel.
- A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered and left in my room
- Upon check-out, received an immaculately wrapped gift box of Chongqing Small Noodles (dried, uncooked) which was accompanied by a specially prepared locally made peppercorn noodle sauce (wrapped in plastic), was actually the perfect gift since my Mom loves noodles and to see her face so happy and joyful upon receiving this gift brought me much happiness
Everywhere in the hotel, from the hotel front desk staff, the bellboys and staff working outside the front door, the staff at the 7th floor bar, the staff at the breakfast dining, to the staff on the 3rd floor Chinese restaurant, was treated so warmly and courteously and staff so helpful and thoughtful too.
Victoria was especially gracious and helpful as when I arrived, I didn’t know where to eat and after asking me a few questions with regards to my tastes and kind of ambiance I would like in a restaurant, she recommended a very popular local Chongqing Hot Pot restaurant just a few minutes away. This turned out to be great recommendation as the flavor of the hot pot was really great and the environment was more of a ‘hole in the wall’ place, very raucous and rowdy, just what I was looking for. She would also periodically check in to see if everything was going okay and if there was anything she could assist with. Will always be grateful to Victoria and the staff at Regent Chongqing for making my first trip to Chongqing so unforgettable and full of wonderful memories.

Parce qu'il était trop tôt pour arriver, la jeune fille de la réception était très enthousiaste à l'idée de s'occuper de la bagagerie et a judicieusement ajouté WeChat pour présenter les attractions et les itinéraires environnants. À mon arrivée, j'ai senti que les installations de l'hôtel étaient complètes et que le ménage était très propre. Le paysage de la chambre était magnifique et très approprié pour un séjour. Le lendemain, la petite fille a spécifiquement demandé ce dont nous avions besoin sur WeChat, ce qui nous a beaucoup émus et nous avons senti que cet hôtel était le meilleur choix.

IInvitéLa chambre d'hôtel est très propre, le paysage devant la fenêtre est magnifique et le transport est pratique. Il y a aussi les lignes de métro 1 et 2 à proximité. Elle est très proche de Hongyadong et Jiefangbei. Le majordome Xiao Chen est vraiment attentif et peut résoudre. problèmes dans le temps. Il y a du thé gratuit l'après-midi dans le hall de l'hôtel, comprenant de la soupe aux champignons blancs, du thé parfumé, des collations et des céréales. La variété est assez riche. Cet hôtel est mon premier choix la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Chongqing, et je le recommanderai à mes amis ! !

3. est équipé d'une zone de siège sur le toit. très propre et confortable. vue magnifique sans la foule!!!
Le petit déjeuner est disponible pour le remboursement entre 730am et 840pm de leur compagnie d'irlandaise, une maison de noodle. très humide et chaleureuse. Il y a une option non-spicy si vous ne pouvez pas prendre des aliments spiyeux.
5. Après avoir vérifié, ils ont donné un petit cadeau comme souvenir. c'est des collations de spécialité locale! criez au personnel numéro 5 et 11 et nettoyez-vous pour leur aide de nature tout au long de notre séjour.

IInvitéCette position est vraiment très bien regarder le paysage de la nuit à 20 mètres de bas est la station de métro.
Où aller, il est très pratique de jouer à côté de la route de long-cours pour regarder le paysage de la nuit. Les yeux de la pointe sont également dans le 67e étage du bâtiment. La chambre organisée peut voir deux couloirs et venir à Ford vers le port du ciel. Il vit ici pour regarder le paysage de la nuit très méhahahahaha. Aller à pied pour manger et boire 7.8 minutes environ. La réception Mlle Xiao Bai est vraiment très bonne, le service est enthousiaste, il est vraiment très pratique de vivre ici la prochaine fois, les installations de l'hôtel sont également complètes.

La position géographique est particulièrement bonne, dans le grand magasin de contrôle de la lumière, il y a aussi des magasins de confort en dessous, il y a un restaurant autour, il y a un magasin de Forsy, il y a une plate-forme devant le magasin, vous pouvez voir le paysage.

Location: I personally do not like staying in central commercial areas in whichever city I decide to travel to (due to the traffic and noise), however, I still prefer to be as close as possible so as to be able to and back from the city centre without having to spend too much time and energy which would ultimately turn my holiday into a task rather than a time of relaxation -and so the location of this commercial apartment was perfect for me; 12.8km to jiefangbei 解放碑步行街 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), people’s square 重庆人民广场 (20-30 minutes in a taxi), 9km to ciqikou ancient town 磁器口古镇 (15-25 minutes in a taxi), 14.2km from the graffiti street 重庆涂鸦一条街(30-40 minutes in a taxi), 6.3km from the ronghui hot springs 融汇温泉 (15-25 minutes in a taxi). The room was also perfect for any days I did not want to go out travelling as it is a quiet, green area which is nice for walks, and in addition to that there are so many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs with anything you’d want to eat from Chongqing, and with all the daily necessities you’d need.
Room and value for money: Excellent. The room isn’t exactly luxurious, but at roughly 140 yuan per night, you get more than what you pay for. Clean, tidy, washing machine, kettle, fridge, bath towels, TV, cupboard, wardrobe, table, chairs, balcony etc. everything you need. Hot water works fine albeit the water must run for a minute or so before the water gets hot.
Service: As soon as I booked the room, I contacted the owner and she then proceeded to add my WeChat - from there on she was very attentive and replied to any message I sent her within 10 minutes and even helped me out to get the Chongqing green code when I was on the train from Shanghai. She also offered to send a cleaner to my room any time I wish if I found that my room got too messy.
Summary: Extremely satisfied, and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the main attractions in Chongqing without having to deal with the noise and traffic of the very centre of the city, and who would like the added convenience of being able to wash your own clothes without having to wait for a dry cleaner.
