Sorry that I will write a bit long. My heart is full of words and complains.. so I have stayed here in may with friend,i liked it there was no problem,this time i booked it again with my mum. I wish I wouldn't. We both are ill at the moment.. so heating wasn't working at all,i called them for 4 times to say that heating is not working,imagine they brought the temp to 28 in ac,and brought us extra heater(which is not healthy at all),okay flat warmed up we were even turning it off for a while. Then in bathroom towel heater on the wall wasn't working, my mum went had a shower after literally 5 mins it went cold. I cold reception again,they called again useless "maintanence" guy(he was not clearly). They came after 15 mins,and water was warm at that time,and he was holding his hand under running water,looking at me and smiling ironically that water is hot! Like what are u talking about. He made me look like psycho,as if I am exaggerating things. Then i told him yeah but my mum says after 5-6 mins it turns colder,do you know what did he say me? I am waiting outside of your door,go have a shower let me know when it gets colder! And then he started telling me you have been calling us 16 times today,and reported about the heating,and now it is water? I said yes,because it was cold,and reception brought me extra heater because they all knew it it was cold. Temp was showing in the flat 16 degree,and it started snowing in london next day so please do imagine. And then maintenance guy started telling me that towel heater is not meant to heat,it is meant to hang towels there,so it shouldn't be hot! And guess what I went and had shower,i couldn't wash my shampoo out of my hair,and my skin was itchy next day, it went cold after 5 mins, cold bathroom,have been waiting another 15 mins so it went a bit warmer but not really hot, it was disaster. And today, we both are ill,coughing with fever. And I am a travel agency owner,i have been at most luxury hotels and med class hotels around the world. Like you can't really lie about hotels to the agent. And I told him,listen if you think that I want to get another room or upgrade for free, I don't,i have paid it,it is snowing outside, I demand hot water and heating, it is basic. I said him you can even check in may i have stayed at 405, we never complained about anything, and he said,we have checked it,we have opened your history here,we have done all of them,I don't really understand since when maintenance people go and check confidential customer profile? And once he was in the flat,and I was on the phone to reception,and he was shouting at me,hello I am talking to you! And I was like I am on the phone,he said yeah I am talking to you!!! And next day they came,they said that we have another room which can give you or we can repair everything on monday in your flat, we had 4 luggages we didn't want to move every day.
