« L'hôtel est un hôtel historique magnifique et iconique au sud de Mumbai, à l'encontre de la Porte de l'Inde. Le service était gentil, mais les demandes de la chambre étaient un peu lente à répondre et nous n'avons pas rencontré le « butler » qui était censé être disponible pour nous tout au long de notre séjour. Il y avait des travaux de construction sur le toit directement au-dessus de notre chambre pendant notre séjour qui était déshonorant lourd, il a pris 3 appels au bureau frontal pour obtenir une résolution qui était décevante. À ce niveau d'hôtel, j'aurais attendu au moins un avertissement avant le début du travail et un plan sur la manière d'atténuer ses effets sur nous sans nous plaindre. Le plafond de la maison de retraite est un plafond de la maison de retraite, mais il est un plafond de la maison de retraite. »

« Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price »

« Effectivement, c'est le meilleur groupe hôtelier en Inde. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 9 heures du matin, avons livré le petit déjeuner et sommes arrivés à 11 heures du matin. Quand nous nous sommes couchés le soir, nous n'étions pas là. Le serveur a vu que nous avons acheté de l'eau nous-mêmes et a ajouté 2 bouteilles d'eau. »

Нам достался отличный чистый номер на втором этаже, небольшой, со всеми удобствами. В номере есть чайник, вода пополняется каждый день, есть чай, кофе в пакетиках. В ванной комнате хорошее наполнение косметических принадлежностей: шампунь/гель/бальзам/лосьон, шапочки для руша, маленькая расческа и наборчик из пилки, лейкопластыря и ватных шариков и палочек. Персонал хорошо говорит на английском, очень доброжелательные, бесплатно и без проблем заселили в 9 утра, спросили во сколько будет удобно выехать. Мы сказали в 14 часов и они без всяких вопросов с удовольствием согласились. Просто превосходное отношение к гостям! Завтрак понравился, жарят свежие яйца на любой вкус, а так же разнообразный стол: много сендвичей с овощами, индийские блюда, превосходный сыр (в том числе плавленые пластинки), вкусный кофе из кофемашины, свежевыжатый соки! Отель однозначно один из лучших а этом районе!❤️ »
