Great little hotel. Went to the theatre so needed somewhere near and cheap. This was it! Comfy bed and very clean room.right on the front, view of the sea in room 22 and the big wheel. Would definitely recommend. Seen other reviews saying it’s noisy but you are on the front so expected really.

Music next door started at 2am and went on till 6am. Walls waferthin. No duty manager to speak to and even tried calling the emergency number to which there was no answer. Worst night sleep. Rooms haven't been decorated since the 70s.

Booked a 2-night stay via ***********. Between the two of them, they messed up the booking so only had it down for one person not two, so the hotel decided to change the room and downgrade it then had the audacity to charge an extra 50% on what we had already paid. Due to it being half-term and nothing else available plus being there for a wedding, we had no choice but to just do it or miss the wedding. All the more strange given my friends had booked an identical room to the one we were dumped in yet paid considerably less. Looking back on it, feels like I was mugged. The hotel itself was clean and is in a great location but is incredibly old and outdated. Bed was uncomfortable, the carpet had holes in it, the wallpaper was ripped in places, the toilet took 30+ minutes to refill and the shower made a noise like a jet aircraft was taking off in the corridor (water pressure was dreadful). Plus, I've not seen a sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom since the 70s. Overall, a pretty dismal experience to say the least and somewhere I will ensure I inform people to avoid.

Well we rented two rooms ( one room more that £230 ) ... Absolutely shock... When we arrived was no parking on the site , we have to stay in the parking costing £12 pound . Man in the reception was very rude ... Rooms (If I can called them rooms ) was terrible... everything need to be changed there. what was great ,breakfast with lovely lady who serves and location.

just returned from this hotel, check in was fast and the guy on reception was very nice and friendly the hotel itself is in need of some TLC as its an old building but the room was just that the bed was very comfortable with tea and coffee stuff on the table there was no breakfast as said on the website but wetherspoons is just round the corner so all good loads of restrants in the area as well as pubs its in a great place as everything you need is around you (beach,pier and funfair) just over the road dont think i would stay there again but good for a few days break

Budget is indeed the word. £56 for room no20. Double. Black Ash furniture. TV that constantly loses signal. Uncomfortable bed. Very dated decor. Bathroom... you cannot even turn around in it without your butt opening the door! No lock. Shower.. just a dribble of water (not a joke) and no matter how you turned shower buttons it got no better. Room very small and very hot. Asked for a fan at front desk and thankfully they had one. Yes 2 mins from beach or shops. Witherspoon around corner. Free parking if you get there as limited spots. Guy on front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would say as an emerg stay for some reason, 1 night..its livable if you can ignore several issues. Needs an overhaul. A deep clean.

Well DONT BOTHER BOOKING! Bed and NO Breakfast more like!!! Booked 2 nights , left after 1 and suffered the £100 🥲absolute nightmare!! Mould, spotted the air freshener and de mould machine, tucked away on top of the 6 hanger wardrobe! I’m not a snob by any means , love camping trips! But I’d rather sleep in a tent than here! Absolute waste of money, close to the sea, but also close enough to the loo and sink! You could make use of both at the same time!🤢 shelf above taps so low, could barely turn tap on! Obs on water meter? Free parking though, only bonus !!!!! 🤬
