Otel denize sifir ve plaj harika yüzme ve çocuklar için ideal hemen derinleşmiyor. Otel rezervasyonunu kara manzaralı oda almamıza rağmen familiy oda verdiler rahat oldu resepsiyonda ki arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz. En çok da kıds cluptaki Sara ya çok çok teşekkür ederiz kizimizla çok güzel ilgilendi ve Sinem hanıma ayrıca teşekkür ederiz ilgi alaka ve anlayışınız için🤗 otelin tek eksik yani yemek çeşitliliği az ve Türklere çok hitap ediyor olmamisi bunuda sezonu olmamasina veriyoruz genel olarak memnun kaldik.

Hôtel superbe nous sommes contents l'accueil très gentil bar accueillant femmes de ménage très gentille nourriture très bon snack bar très bon la mer tout près tres bien accompagné d'un bar spa tres bien sauna hammam c est gratuit tu va au temps de fois que tu veux et la piscine et chauffer

L’hôtel est situé au sud-ouest de la Turquie, à 65 km d'Antalya et le long de ce que les Turcs aiment à appeler la Riviera Turquoise, Evensreki, Side (prononcer Sidé) à 4km d'un magnifique et ancien port gallo-romain ruines hellénistique et romaine. Nous avons logé en famille dans cet hôtel, une équipe d'animation enfant au top ! ma petite fille était ravie, le personnel serviable et aimable, la restauration parfait, une variété de plat exceptionnel, aussi bien au petit déjeuné qu'au repas du midi et du soir des produits frais surtout les légumes, ce qui a déplorer c'est le manque de savoir vivre des clients surtout à l'heure des repas ce n'est pas parce que c'est à volonté qu'il faut gâcher la nourriture, je pense que la direction devrait prendre des mesures envers ces clients indélicats, ( si j'en parle c'est que c'était choquant de voir les assiettes pleine partir à la poubelle) également pour la tenue certaine personne qui ne doivent pas comprendre ce que veut dire " pas de maillot de bains au restaurant, ou tenue correcte exigé ", chaises mouillées et pour le visuel c'est pas très agréable... les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le balcon attenant également, le service d'étage et top . La piscine beaucoup de monde nous avons privilégier la mer par contre les toboggans dans les bassins enfant ouvert sur des temps trop court pas avant 10h30 et fermé avant 12h et l'après midi 14h30 15h30 voir 16h Le jour anniversaire de mon mari nous avons eu en chambre une bouteille de vin et un panier de fruit, plus une table réservée au restaurant en soirée je vous met les photos Je remercie tous le personnel toujours souriant et serviable malgré la barrière de la langue

Cet hôtel est a éviter rien a voir avec les photos qui sont prisent par des pros, la qualité de nourriture n'est pas top. La propreté de l'hôtel des chambres ainsi que des allées qui sentent l'urine de chats et il y en a de nombreux en errances et partout dans cet hôtel. Pour moi c'était des vacances gâchées nous avons dû quitter et réserver un autre hôtel.

A fuir d’urgence!!!!!! pas de service, personnel désagréable et méchant, les chambres très sales, des odeurs d’urines de chat partout dans l’hôtel, nourriture très mauvaise, nos débuts de vacances ont été gâchées, j’ai réservé un autre hôtel pour terminer mes vacances à mes frais malheureusement, un spa mini et une horrible piscine, un all in où on devait même presque mendier l’eau, on nous donnais des gobelets d’eau. Un vrai manque d’hygiène.

Absolutely terrible food was lousy I ate jacket potatoes for a week no one mentioned the cats everywhere even in the dinner hall didn't fill fridge up we had to ask for water and they could only make 4 cocktails and 1 beer on tap and flees on the bed side cabinet

Hi, I’m from Northern Ireland and stayed here with my wife and son and my son’s girlfriend in February 2024. I was sceptical having read reviews but was well impressed with the resort. Yes it was out of season and things were quiet but the negative reviews are not warranted. There are a lot of older aged German and Russian patrons but that is understandable as this time of the year is their holiday time and if you want you will be accepted anywhere. Food is excellent-yes maybe repetitive but thats all inclusive no matter where you go. Staff are good - location excellent facilities are exceptionally clean (and I mean I like cleanliness) all in all forget the doubters and stay here.

Just come back from a 2 week holiday with this hotel, the food is nice with lots of variety and theme nights. The staff are all friendly. I will say that they seem to prioritize Germans, however they are all still friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a great standard, with a FREE mini-bar upstairs that comes with Coca-Cola, fanta, water and juice cartons. And the beds and pillows are very comfy. The beach is cleaned daily with its own beach bar and food available it's a nice place to relax. There are cats everywhere but that is common in all surrounding areas in turkey and most are very friendly. Kids club was on, and run by a very nice woman who is great with children of all ages. The entertainment/animation is good with volleyball on the beach and darts in the amphitheatre during the day. Mini-disco everynight. We went out of season and entertainment was still on, just not on sundays. Not sure if its like that in season. The animation staff are really friendly. Now the negatives. People seem to smoke EVERYWHERE. Next to the kids pool, in the outdoor eating area which is next to the indoor eating area with open windows so don't sit next to the windows if you want to enjoy your meal. The spa staff are everywhere trying to sell you stuff, on the beach, next to the pool/bar, in the hotel, even when I went on a walk outside the hotel one was there. They will wake you up if your sunbathing and they will get you just as you come out of the beach toilets trying to sell you stuff. Which I think really ruins what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday with someone who bothers you almost everyday. They also take quite a while to go away once you've told them no. I upgraded to a family room, however it had no bath which made it harder as I have a 1 year old.
