Avis : Orfeus Queen Spa

Hôtel super !! Je vais vous résumer les points forts et faibles. Points forts : Hôtel propre, petit et calme, détente garantie. Coin magnifique ( Çolakli est un quartier tres paisaible). Plage à 10min à pieds en suivant une ligne droite. Arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel, vous pouvez faire du shopping pas loin et payer en Euro. Dans l'hôtel, il y a 4 étages avec ascenseur. Connexion Wi-Fi impeccable et gratuite pour tous vos appareils. Personnels adorables, très gentils et serviables. Il n y à pas un énorme choix de plats cuisinés mais nourriture largement suffisante, fraîche et excellente !!! Cuissons très bien maîtrisées, bravo les cuistots, vous etes d'un accueil incroyablement chaleureux. Merci aux réceptionnistes : je vous ai demandé des coussins en plus pour ma chambre et 30min après, vous me les avez apporté (Emine, Beyza et Hasan, merci vous êtes géniaux). Merci aux serveurs qui sont adorables : merci en particulier à Nejim pour sa gentillesse, il était aux petits soins pour nous !! Il était toujours là pour notre confort et pour nous apporter nos boissons. Chambre petite mais bien équipée (climatisation super), chambre nettoyée chaque jour, gel douche, savon fournis et sèche-cheveux. Frigo gratuit rempli que d'eau . Il y a 2 piscines extérieures (1 grande de 1,40m pour les adultes et 1 petite de 40cm pour enfants). Tout est gratuit : Salle de sport, hammam, sauna (sauna un minuscule mais hyper chaud donc tres correct). Il y a des glaces à 15h autour de la grande piscine. Vous pouvez boire des granitas à tous moments pour vous rafraîchir. C'est génial. Il y a une soupe gratuite entre 23h30 et minuit. Points négatifs maintenant : Réception minuscule, peu de canapés mais çà suffit. Petites odeurs de canalisations dans les toilettes de la chambre mais rien de grave. Sol et chaises du balcon jamais nettoyés. Pourquoi vous nettoyez la chambre mais pas le balcon ? C'est bizarre. Literie un peu moyenne mais correcte. Le patron a 3 hôtels ( Orfeus Queen, Orfeus PARK et Orfeus Armin) . La navette qui va à la plage est gratuite mais elle ne vous récupère pas devant le QUEEN, c'est dommage ! Il faut marcher un peu ( cad traverser la rue ou prendre le souterrain au niveau -1 ) et se rendre devant le "Orfeus Park" pour avoir la navette gratuite, c'est compliqué pour les personnes a mobilité réduite, dommage, il faut améliorer ça ! Le chauffeur est adorable. Au Spa, dommage qu'il manque un "bain vapeur" et une piscine intérieure ! Les massages sont supers. Conclusion : Franchement hôtel génial, vacances au top, je vous le conseille fortement ! Si vous avez un petit budget c'est PARFAIT ! Allez-y !! C'est la 1ere fois que je fais un hôtel 4 étoiles et vraiment Sans regret !!!

La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la proximité de la plage. Les alcools et cocktails ne sont pas terribles, mais pour le prix on ne s'attend pas à une folie. Les horaires de dîner et souper pourraient être rallongé car 14h et 21h c'est tôt quand on est en vacances... Le buffet est très correct, il manquait juste pour moi des jus frais qui petit déjeuner. Chambre bien équipée et propre. L'équipe d'animation est très sympa, en particulier Seren 🤩 Les massages avec hammam étaient supers

points négatifs - Pendant la nuit odeur de canalisation désagréable dans la chambre venant de la douche obligé de fermer la porte salle de bains et ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer - 1 applique murale hors service - aucune vue autre les chambres en vis à vis moins de 3 m entre chaque balcon - pas de cahier à la réception pour prendre nos remarques points positifs - petit déjeuner copieux - wifi gratuite - chambre propre conclusion cela fait beaucoup de points négatifs pour 1 seul nuit pour ce 4 étoiles pour être un hasard

The food was great, The pool and activities also great. We enjoyed activities with animator (Seren🤗). The rooms were ok, but dirty. Pool was really nice, we had dancers (the one in pink costume was really good). A great vacay, but you need to work a lot in the cleaning sector!!!

I sincerely recommend it if you want to relax in a quiet, pleasant hotel. Orfeus Queen is connected by an underground passage to Orfeus Park, located across the street. Guests could use both hotels (go to the pool, use the bar). Clean rooms, tasty food, friendly hotel staff, the coolest animator - Seren 🫶🏼

The food is very good, the beach is clean and sandy. The hotel staff are friendly, they report drinks as they should and are always smiling. Seren is the best animator, friendly and kind. But she promised me a Lamborghini I didn't get 🤣❤️ Bartenders also first class. Good night 💪 Patryk 💪😎

We bought it two days before the flight so we had little time to read comments. And we are happy about it!!! We spend 10 beautiful days in the hotel. The weather was extraordinary (mid September - 35 degrees during the day and about 20 during the night). During check in I asked for a room with the external view. We got the room number 1331 with the view to the sea. The best room for us! It was clean and comfortable. Our baby had a problem with sleeping on the "adult" bed, so the next day we asked the staff for a baby bed. We got in in an half an hour! The staff was very friendly to us and also to the baby! If baby spilled something and we weer trying to clean it the staff came in an instant to help us and to reassure us :) The pool is huge and clean. Also the small pool (baby pool) is very nice. Everything is clean and in good condition. BUT...the food is the best thing!!! I think we had never seen so many delicious food to try. During our 10 days stay we had everything. Even there was a Turkish evening and the seafood. All the sweet dishes are gorgeous! The beach is about 5 min from the hotel. Of course there is a bus but we prefer to take a walk. Also in every 10 min there are buses to Side and Manavgat from the bus stop next to a hotel (cost 2 EUR per person). The best thing is that there is no need to come back for lunch to hotel. The lunch is served on the beach! There is a lady who makes the most delicious "pancakes" with cheese I had ever tasted (there is a version for children with chocolate) ! To sum up - the hotel was the best choice. We are happy we had chosen it and we hope to come back next year! ＜3

WE stayed at this hotel for 8 days recently and I will definitely be returning, perfect for children. Disco each night was a bit repetitive but kids loved learning the same dances. food was excelent. Our room was very clean. Clean servise was here every day. I was pleasantly surprised.

Joint worst place I've ever stay at with their sister hotel Orgeus park, room was slightly cleaner than the other hotel, pool is way too small for the size of the hotel, food was horrible they just kept repeating the trays from the night before. It seems to be a very popular destination for certain Eastern Europen countries so if you are of a certain ethnic background be prepared to be constantly stared at all the time, pointed at, people taking pictures of you without your consent and the hotel staffs apparently unable to do anything about it at both hotels as we had to move thinking it would be better at Orfeus Queen Hotel, it wasn't any better. The absolute worst holiday of my life. We stayed here for 2 nights and had to check out early because the reception staffs physically assaulted us one of our guests.

Очень хорошенький отель, особенно orfeus queen. Есть мини-зоопарк, также на территории живут кошки и собаки. Обслуживание очень хорошее, в особенности бары и официанты. Хочется выделить таких весёлых официантов как Olcay и другие ребята работающие вместе с ним. (Имена к сожалению не запомнили). Отель очень понравился, точно вернёмся!

Oteldeki bir çok şeyden memnun kaldık özellikle animasyon ekibi ve Seren Hanımdan fakat restorantakı yemekler daha iyi ve cesıtlı olabılırdı Adanalı usta yemekleri sayıyla verdi - Su cımnastığı aktıvıtesi sabah cimnastıgı ve bir çok aktiviteye katıldık çok sevdık anımasyon ekıbını bunu da tekrar eklemek istiyorum

Большое спасибо аниматор у Seren за хорошее настроение и спортивные развлечения дартс и аквааэробику. Аниматоры молодцы. Стараются уделить внимание каждому гостю. Питание хорошее. Еды всем хватало. Море и бассейн в начале июня уже теплые. Всем рекомендуем.

Pisze opinie po polski dlatego ze wybiera ten hotel dużo Polaków . Nie polecamy tego hotelu ! W hotelu brud , obsługa tak niesympatyczna nie mówiąca po angielsku nic , jedyny uprzejmy i miły kelner i w miarę mówiący po angielsku to młody chłopak zawsze uśmiechnięty ( nie zapamiętałam imienia ) , bar z alkoholem zamykany o 23:40 gdzie jest podobno do 00 ale jak dasz jakieś euro kelnerowi to nagle może przynieść alkohol jeszcze . Jedzenie jak pójdziesz odrazu jest świeże Pozniej wyschnięte sery i wędliny których nikt nie wymienia . Panie sprzątające tak sprzątają ze ręcznikami twoimi brudnymi myją łazienkę … , zero animacji i atrakcji dla dzieci ( podobno są w hotelu obok ale o tym tez nikt cie nie poinformuje ) wykupiłam wczasy z dzieckiem nie dostaliśmy ani dodatkowego łóżka ani łóżeczka . Wi-fi to jest dopiero nie porozumienie wgl nie ma internetu , widok z okna na śmierdzące żagle ( zdjęcie ) , śmierdzi fajami bo goście mogą palić na balkonach ( balkon mieszczący jedna osobę i krzesło ) załączam zdjęcie łazienki i podłogi w holu . Do plazy mialo być 300 metrów a jest 600 . Jeśli już wybierasz kierunek Turcja to omijaj ten hotel . Najgorszy hotel w jakim byłam te 4 gwiazdki to chyba sami sobie przyznali

Świeża opinia: Podzielmy opinie na kategorie: pokoje brudne, łazienki nie posprzątane, a Panie jak przyjdą posprzątać to jak za karę i niewiele się zmienia z tego bałaganu Jedzenie: Bardzo monotonne, w większości 3 razy dziennie to samo czyli frytki, nugetsy, ryba i krążki cebulowe+warzywa i owoce bez smaku Personel: Obsługa bardzo niemiła, końskie zaloty od pracowników, drinki robione jak za karę, dosyć częsty brak kostek lodu, napoje to totalna porażka, na każdym kroku ktoś podchodzi i Cię zaczepia, próbuje Ci coś wcisnąć, po nocach próbują wywieźć Cię z hotelu pod pretekstem jechania na imprezę z darmowym transportem, jeden plus taki że w recepcji idzie się dogadać po polsku Także nie polecam tego hotelu, omijajcie szerokim łukiem
