L'hôtel est très récent, dispose de bonnes installations et dispose d'une piscine au dernier étage. Il y a effectivement une machine à laver dans chaque pièce. L'emplacement est pratique, très approprié pour visiter la région de Fitzroy et il y a de nombreux restaurants aux alentours.

Such a beautiful place to stay, kind staff, and very comfortable/luxurious hotel room. The staff were so helpful when checking us in and out. The room was immaculate and we were shocked with how well equipped the room was (oven, dishwasher, washing machine).
Very comfortable stay and well worth the money. This will be our go to place in the future.

Fabulous and friendly staff to greet and check us in and out. Easy access to secure parking and the lifts with direct access to our floor. Booked basic studio as only staying 1 night. Modern, clean, all amenities. Great location. Room was quiet. Will stay again.

Very modern, great location, fantastic gym. Met all our expectations Room compact with little space to unpack however. Close proximity to Smith Steer east and walking distance to Melbourne city. Good for shopping. Bonus parking is great. Would stay here again

The water is always nice and warm in both the spa and the pool. The beds are super comfortable and it's very handy to all shops within 2 mins walking distance. The entire building is modern and new.

great location, walk to restaurants. easy underground parking ($35). the room was clean. very small, and a bit dark due to black kitchen and cabinets, plus not a lot of natural light. next time I'd ask for an exterior room with a balcony door that opens. Our door did not open and the front desk person said our room didn't include an opening door (really??). But, for the location it's a great place to stay. right in the middle of collingville and fitzwood.

Friend and I stayed for 4 nights! Location great. Room not so great. It looks fantastic but is so impractical. No space to store luggage. Hanging closet exceptionally small and located next to cook top. No privacy when getting dressed after shower as there was no door. Good thing my friend & I know how to give each other space. The outdoor balcony made me wonder what a prison cell would feel like. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over my life but this one will stand out for all the wrong reasons. I also need to comment on the front desk staff as not once did they look up as I walked past or greet me. On a positive note the bed was good.

The location for us was perfect. We have family living in Fitzroy, so this hotel was very central for catching up. We stayed for 3 nights, left for two, and returned for another two nights, we were able to leave a suitcase whilst we were away. The pool area is great, with fire pits (if required), bean bags and comfy seating. The pool (outdoor) is slightly heated so pleasant to use. The hot tub is undercover and has easy access. The rooms are modern and in the suite we had a kitchenette with microwave, medium size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There was complimentary coffee pods with a Nespresso machine. The room is a little tight if you like to spend time in your room.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter and absolutely loved it. The room was a great size, fully self contained with kitchen and laundry facilities. Bathroom was compact but well designed with quality fittings. Loved the location, just off funky Smith St, easy access to tram stop and city. The rooftop pool and spa are amazing. Only negative was that I had pre-advised of a midday arrival time and this was acknowledged and logged. When I arrived at 1230, tired from no sleep, the receptionist was not very helpful. I left my bag and went for a quick walk. I came back at 1pm and got a different receptionist who did the paperwork while waiting and rang through to housekeeping. The room was ready at 2pm on the dot.
