Finalement, nous n'avons pas pu y aller. Mon mari a attrapé Covid et a eu de la fièvre et nous avons décidé de ne pas voyager. Par nerf, j'ai oublié d'annuler la réservation. C'est pour cela qu'il semble que nous cherchions, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

L'hôtel est en plein centre et pourtant, depuis le septième étage que nous avions, nous avions vue sur un patio, des murs et rien d'autre, la chambre était un peu petite, le lit aussi, la salle de bain était grande, la salle de bain avait l'air neuf, l'hôtel dispose de garages. Stayed 2 nights on a group tour. Had a nice big room, though fridge didn't work. Bright in the daytime, but not enough lighting when dark. Food was good with a free bottle of wine per table. Very busy, but helpful staff. Lots of shops nearby, within easy (driving) reach of Madrid centre.

Not impressed at all. This hotel has seen better days and needs a complete refurbishment. I opened the bedside drawer and the front fell off. There was a stain on my bedsheet. The dining area seats are tired and very uncomfortable. The room was huge but poorly lit and cold, so I turned up the heating and it took all night to warm up. Finally I went for a beer, sat on a chair and the arm fell off!!

Reception staff: Before getting to the hotel we needed to speak to get some advice re are booking and we were met with quite a rude lady on the reception phone. It nearly put us off booking at this point. The male reception staff, cleaning staff and bar staff were lovely. Just one not so kind person. Rooms: No frills. This is not a 4 star hotel. No tea / coffee or drink facilities. No filled mini-bar. The toiletries were cheap and not very appealing. There was no shampoo etc....there was a push shower gel dispenser in the bath. The water was hot and bathroom clean however. The bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night sleep as we were high up but the window had to be closed as the noise from the road was significant. In terms of the television - missing lots of channels, old and not really in keeping with 4 star status. I don't want to create a wasteful society but they really do need an upgrade. Wifi excellent but nothing modern like a USB charger or anything remotely helpful to the international traveller. All in all, I would not be in a rush to go back here. It was very average and certainly NOT somewhere I would recommend to friends of family and I guess that is the sign of a decent hotel.

The hotel is basic but adequate for a short stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. I didn't try the restaurant but it appeared to be again quite basic. Breakfast was very limited in variety and choice but reasonable. The area isn't great with few places to eat in the evening. The biggest issue for me was that just outside the front of the building is a pedestrian crossing which bleeps pretty much continually all day long. The air conditioning had been turned off for the season despite temperatures exceeding 25°C, which meant that I had to have the window open. The bleeping from the crossing drove me insane!! I know this is beyond the hotel's control, but just be aware of it.

Hotel nuevo y de facil acceso, cerca del aeropuerto de Madrid, a 20 min. Habitaciones modernas, ascensor directo al parking. la atención y la predisposición excepcionales. Me ayudaron con algunos paquetes, aun tiempo despues de retirarme, siempre siguieron asistiendome, muy recomendable el hotel, una sorpresa muy grata.

Hotel bastante nuevo, bien ubicado, con amables recepcionistas, habitaciones amplias con amenities y agua de cortesía. Se encuentra en pleno centro de Torrejón, con parada de taxi a un minuto andando. Precio bastante adecuado a lo que ofrece
