Avis : Six Senses Con Dao

C'était la première fois que je séjournais au Six Senses et toute l'expérience depuis la prise en charge à l'aéroport a été très bonne. La Villa est un duplex sur deux étages avec une piscine privée pouvant aller directement à la plage, offrant une très bonne intimité. Le niveau de restauration est très élevé, le buffet du petit-déjeuner et la cuisine vietnamienne du soir sont tous deux très bons. Le complexe a préparé une variété d'activités, notamment de la randonnée, du body board et du spa, qui ont été très agréables. Toute l'équipe de service est enthousiaste et réactive. Grâce à GEM Kieu et Hiking Team Vien ainsi que Vikrant et Moath étaient autrefois un parc national, avec un environnement calme et peu de touristes.

酒店原始硬件投資是可以的，但估計是礙於三年疫情影響，讓整個酒店的經營對成本極為看重，這個與酒店的定位完全不對等。 1. 入住當晚的特色自助燒烤，人民幣近800一位，衹有烤蝦、魷魚串、豬肉串、牛肉串和部分蔬菜提供，選擇性極少，而且烤蝦小且不夠新鮮，肉質很硬。 2. 酒店提供下午4點到昆島鎮子上的區間車， 實際出行車輛居然是酒店叫來的兩輛出租車， 而且還要跟其他客人拼車， 表示不滿，讓酒店幫忙再叫輛出租車，我們自己付費，也就人民幣30塊， 最後等了10多分鐘，酒店派接機的大麪包車送我們去的鎮上，車程10分鐘左右。 3. 我們訂的雙卧室海濱別墅，入住後發現帶廚房， 但油煙機、烤箱、爐灶均被斷電，鍋碗也被酒店鎖在櫃子裏，另外房間的三個冰箱均沒有任何飲品提供，衹有瓶裝水，酒店把整個迷你吧能消費的東西全部撤走了，這個與油管4年前別人的入住視頻差距較大，視頻中那叫琳琅滿目。 4. 酒店不允許從外面帶任何吃的喝的東西回房間，包括水果，理由是怕塑料包裝污染環境，這個理由我覺得很牽強，猜想是以此增加酒店的餐飲消費，但酒店又不提供可在房間消費的迷你吧和每日水果，任何吃的喝的衹能在規定的時間去餐廳覓食，步行過去20分鐘😅 整體入住下來感覺有點像坐牢，很單調，不夠放鬆，另外酒店一共有兩家餐廳，位於海灘的西餐廳廚師水準還是有的，入住期間在這吃的牛肉漢堡，汁水很多很美味正宗。 管家服務也很好，基本24小時在線回答問題，但酒店的不足是管理層格局和理念不足造成的，一副小家子氣扣扣搜搜的感覺，哈哈哈。

房間老舊！非常殘破！顛覆了我對這個酒店的印象！兩層樓的設計非常不方便！卧室在2樓，浴室在1樓！泳池太小！2X4米的小池子！提供用來代步的自行車，除了鈴不響全身都響！剎車失靈！酒店所處的沙灘環境一般，水質渾濁一點都不清澈！沒有任何風景！呆在酒店的話會把你悶死！整個島也沒有什麼可玩的地方！衹有一個監獄，以前是處決犯人的地方，所以上這個島就感覺不吉利，發生很多怪異事情，無端摔跤、吃東西肚子痛，回國後看醫生很長時間就是不舒服，各種醫院檢查不出問題！見鬼了！這個地方不能去7000多的價格真的不值！

L'endroit pourrait être paradisiaque, mais ne l'est pas. Les bâtiments sont vieux et mal entretenus, les villas sont en duplex avec un escalier extérieur, ce qui est très désagréable. En revanche, le personnel est extraordinaire, à l'écoute, aux petits soins et très agréable. La gastronomie est parfaite, de très bonne qualité et variée. Super spa.

Les + : Plage magnifique, mer très belle belle et propre, accessible uniquement pour les résidents de l’hôtel. Les villas avec piscine grandes, confortables et sans vis à vis, Les - : L’île de Con Dao a de mon point de vue peu d’intérêt pour un européen, c’est une destination historique surtout interessante pour les vietnamiens et d’ailleurs toute l’offre touristique en dehors de notre hotel est ciblée pour la clientèle nationale, personne ne parle anglais par exemple. Une fois qu’on a fait le tour de l’île, c’est assez limité, il n’y a pas grand chose à voir (à part visiter des prisons), ni à faire. L’hôtel nous a beaucoup déçu surtout par rapport au prix payé qui en fait peut-être le plus onéreux du Vietnam, donc on était en droit d’attendre l’excellence et ce ne fut pas le cas. Dans la chambre j’ai du mettre dans mes oreilles des boules quies toutes les nuits pour dormir, en effet la climatisation fait beaucoup de bruit. L’hôtel parle beaucoup d’écologie mais les chambres sont équipées de vieux climatiseurs énergivores et bruyants (inadmissible pour ce standard d’hôtel). L’écologie ce n’est pas seulement de faire pousser des salades dans son jardin. La plus grosse déception fut la restauration, deux restaurants, un de cuisine vietnamien et l’autre international. Pour le restaurant vietnamien, c’est celui où nous avons le plus mal mangé de tout notre séjour au Vietnam, cuisine sans saveur, mal réalisée et très chère. Pour l’autre restaurant, là aussi cuisine classique sans grande inspiration. Carte des vins assez limitée. Le personnel des restaurants manque d’expérience, le niveau en anglais n’est pas toujours très bon, les responsables de la restauration devraient aussi éviter de venir raconter leur vie et garder plus de distance avec les clients. Pour notre départ, nous avons demandé un late-check à 16H00 qui fut très difficile à obtenir alors que l’hôtel était vide, à peine 30% de taux d’occupation, et encore j’ai du longuement négocié avec une interlocutrice rigide pour obtenir un sortie à 15H00, conclusion nous avons du ensuite attendre plus d’une heure en pleine chaleur notre départ. Ce n’est pas le service que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel de luxe. En conclusion, on trouve des offres hôtelières en Asie et particulièrement en Thaïlande d’un niveau supérieur pour moitié moins cher, hotel et destination à éviter. 1er et dernier Six Senses que je visite.

Tout est incroyable au Six Senses : la vue sur la mer, la magnifique plage, l'environnement vert. Toutes sortes d'activités : snorkeling, randonnées, bateaux. L'équipe est formidable et très attentionné comme notre assistant Kayden. Bref, un hôtel exceptionnel !

The Six Senses Con Dao is the best, luxury, sustainable, eco and spa resort in the world. A beautiful, private, secluded location on the island of Con Dao an hours flight from Ho Chi Minh Airport. The resort is built and set up to be sustainable. The villas are built in traditional Vietnamese style only from locally sourced materials and offer a luxurious stay with private pools and direct access to the beach. There are 3 restaurants offering a great variety of delicious dining options including traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as some Western options. The facilities are superb with a lovely, large spa and meditation area offering yoga, meditation, massage and many other treatments. he is also a excellent gym with all the equipment anyone could need. Best of all is the friendly, efficient and professional service provided by all the staff - from Lakmal the Resort Manager to 'Cookie' our wonderful Guest Experience Maker who was always available at any time to meet all our needs and requirements. All the staff were delightful and made our stay truly wonderful. Thank you Six Senses for the best holiday ever!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in for accommodation, service, location and food. Lakmal the General Manager was a superb host along with his lovely staff to help make our six day stay perfect. You have your own butler to help you everyday with numerous activities available. The Spa is superb using natural ingredients and we used the yoga studio three times under the instruction of knowledgeable teachers. Would throughly recommend this resort for a five stay relaxing holiday.

An incredible experience from the minute we arrived. The resort is very beautiful and our room (a duplex one bedroom villa on the beach) was understated luxury, very private and supremely comfortable. Each guest gets allocated a bike on arrival, which is great because the resort is spread out along the bay. Our room was very close to the main part of the hotel, so we didn't need them but did enjoy a few little potters to the far end of the resort and back. The food in both restaurants is top quality and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. There was so much choice that we found it hard to actually choose and ended up eating far more than usual. Staying here could mean simply chilling and enjoying the environment but we chose to take advantage of the various activities on offer such as 'feed the fish' golf, where you hit out into the sea using biodegradable golf balls that are filled with fish food! We also did a cooking class, which took place in one of the three kitchen gardens and did a guided jungle walk. Oh, and there was also an amazing spa where I had a wonderful massage. The staff, without exception, could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to Nhan, our GEM (Guest Experience Manager) who made our stay extra special and even managed to return my husbands earphones by flying them express courier over to our hotel in HCM City after he left them in the room. We are now total Six Senses fans and looking at where else in the world we can stay with them, though we'd love to go back to this hotel at some point in the future too.

Our family had a wonderful time here at Six Senses. It was certainly not the first time that we’ve stayed here but indeed one of the most memorable. We were enthusiastically welcomed and taken care by Tú, our GEM, who helped organise all of our details and activities to be done (so you don’t have to worry about travelling carefree). We only stayed for such a short time but there honestly are so much things to do and enjoy. This also applies to the kids - for us, they had a blast making candles and learning about turtle preservation here in Con Dao. The scenery is very peaceful and quiet, thus great for relaxation. We’re very happy to come back here soon!!
