« Le prix tourne autour de 100 en semaine et monte à près de 700 les jours fériés. Peu importe si le prix augmente, l'essentiel est que l'hôtel est trop simple et qu'il y a un certain écart entre lui et l'imagination. Le seul avantage est qu'on voit à peine la mer à travers la fente du bâtiment. Ce qui est vraiment embêtant, c'est qu'il faut payer VIP*** pour regarder la télé. »

« Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended! »

« J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour mes parents. J'y ai séjourné la semaine dernière et c'est toujours un très bon choix. Le métro ligne 2 est juste en bas, ce qui est très pratique pour aller à Qingniwa Bridge et Henglong. Le terminus du bus 16 est juste en face. Si vous avez le temps, vous pouvez prendre le bus jusqu'à Heishijiao, puis marcher jusqu'à Xinghai. Nous y retournerons pour le Festival de Duanwu. »

By the price, it is worth for money by near to YouHao Metro Station, Halal Muslim restaurant. there is a local foods street behind the apartment.
