IInvitéThe room is really nice. It’s well-decorated, and convenient. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the heating was sufficient, making it warm but not too hot. The front desk staff were patient and friendly, answering all my questions promptly. For the price, staying at this hotel was truly satisfying. If I ever come to Dalian again, I’ll definitely stay here.

RRusOverall, it was quite a wonderful stay. 3 nights on the trot. Holiday mode. The room is well arranged and has a good city view both at daytime and even better at night. However, personally, for longer stays, an upgrade is more suitable. More likely. The washroom door didn't lock properly at first, the shower head was bent at an angle. And the attitude of the owner was a little less welcoming than one would have thought. I arrived around 9 pm and was famished but I was given confusing instructions instead of everything at the beginning of my journey. That needs slight improvement since many foreign travelers might not know the language.
You also have a mall to shop and eat from and the subway to go anywhere in town. These service apartments are really suited for long-term stays. Let's hope I can come back here soon.
Other than that, it's a really good place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

Les bouillons sont confortables autour de nous, il y a des bouillons à manger et à boire, et les enfants peuvent aller à la pirate.
Et le grand bateau.
Globalement, c'est très bon, le centre-ville est confortable où que vous allez, le métro est proche
La réception est également nécessaire, très enthousiaste, et une approche touristique, recommandée

Despite being a bit tricky to find at first glance, the hotel’s layout turned into one of its most charming features—once discovered, it felt like a secret getaway perched above the city.

• Thoughtful amenities—plush towels, quality toiletries, and spotless floors—made for a very comfortable experience.

• Approximately 650 m from the nearest metro, tram, and bus stations—ideal for exploring Dalian.
• Amazing convenience: the bay is right across the street, offering stunning water views and an easy stroll along the waterfront.
🚇 Getting There & Navigation
• As rooms are located high up, the hotel is a bit hidden.
• But the friendly front desk team truly turned that into a plus: a staff member met me outside the building, guided me all the way from the metro station, and personally ensured I found the right entrance. ★★★★★ hospitality!

Whether it was the concierge offering insightful local recommendations, the housekeeping team maintaining impeccable discretion, or the waitstaff being both knowledgeable and patient, the level of professionalism was uniformly high. It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home.
The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate. JJazz~L'hôtel est situé à seulement 5 minutes de la place Zhongshan, la station de métro la plus proche est la 2e sortie D1 à environ 3 minutes à pied. L'hôtel dispose d'un minibar et d'une mini-mart sur son sol. Le centre d'amitié se trouve à environ 8 minutes à pied de l'hôtel.

SSimpleConvincerLe personnel m'a attendu parce que mon vol est arrivé à 11 h 15 et que j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel de la capsule à 12 h 15. La température des chambres de la capsule était juste.
Le bain est très propre et bien entretenu.
Il y a un restaurant dans les plus hauts étages.
Remarquez que le bain est ouvert de 8 à 12 heures seulement.
La station de métro est aussi proche. En tant qu'étranger qui ne peut pas parler ou lire le chinois, je suis très heureux qu'il y a un McDonalds près. Il y a aussi proche de mars et des restaurants de franchise chinois. La chambre est très courte, je n'ai pas pu découvrir les autres restaurants à proximité.
Je réserverai ici et j'aime la chaîne de clés qu'ils m'ont donnée.
Le personnel était très gentil.
Il y avait quelques petites difficultés, telles que la difficulté de trouver des souteuses électriques et à l'intérieur de la capsule, le port était un soute USB A, mais il y avait une station de téléchargement à l'extérieur des chambres.
