IInvitéThe room is really nice. It’s well-decorated, and convenient. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the heating was sufficient, making it warm but not too hot. The front desk staff were patient and friendly, answering all my questions promptly. For the price, staying at this hotel was truly satisfying. If I ever come to Dalian again, I’ll definitely stay here.

RRusOverall, it was quite a wonderful stay. 3 nights on the trot. Holiday mode. The room is well arranged and has a good city view both at daytime and even better at night. However, personally, for longer stays, an upgrade is more suitable. More likely. The washroom door didn't lock properly at first, the shower head was bent at an angle. And the attitude of the owner was a little less welcoming than one would have thought. I arrived around 9 pm and was famished but I was given confusing instructions instead of everything at the beginning of my journey. That needs slight improvement since many foreign travelers might not know the language.
You also have a mall to shop and eat from and the subway to go anywhere in town. These service apartments are really suited for long-term stays. Let's hope I can come back here soon.
Other than that, it's a really good place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value.
The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office.
The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄
The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom.
There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control.
Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat.
Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby.
Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

IInvitéC'est un peu inattendu, c'est un style d'appartement moderne. Ce doit être une pièce à la décoration uniforme. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très propres. Il n'y a pas d'odeur. articles de toilette, sèche-cheveux, gel douche et shampoing. La qualité est assez élevée. Ils sont tous très économiques et les enfants les aiment aussi car ils peuvent regarder leurs dessins animés préférés et descendre pour le petit-déjeuner le matin. Il y a un magasin de porridge en bas et une supérette et un restaurant. C'est très pratique pour manger et acheter des choses. Ce n'est pas loin de l'entrée du métro et de la gare routière, patron, c'est plutôt bien. sur les photos, j'ai pensé que c'était un bon choix si j'osais prendre une photo. Oui, j'ai oublié de prendre des photos de l'hôtel. Cependant, j'ai personnellement testé les photos que d'autres personnes ont commentées. La vue en marchant vers le bord de mer. est vraiment magnifique. C'est également proche de Venice Water City. Vous trouverez ci-joint de belles photos.

IInvitéLa chambre n'est pas grande, mais la salle de bain est propre, la première ligne de la maison de paysage maritime, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé, 180 degrés de paysage maritime, ci-dessous est le casino de la mer étoile, le paysage est super insolent, c'est que je rencontre un petit problème de pression de l'eau la nuit, affecte le bain, c'est bon dans le patron, pas seulement pour résoudre activement le problème, Une partie des frais a été également réduite, et en général, il s'agit d'une expérience de séjour relativement satisfaisante.

It felt less like a transaction and more like being welcomed into a well-managed home.
The facilities were equally impressive and clearly designed with guest comfort and convenience in mind. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed, blending modern amenities with a sense of comfort. The common areas, from the lobby lounge to the fitness center and pool, were maintained to a high standard, offering beautiful and functional spaces to relax or rejuvenate.
