The flat spans two floors and covers a total of 100m². Upstairs there is a bedroom with two double beds. A luxurious, spacious bathroom featuring a large, floor-level walk-in shower for two people, a corner bath, a bidet and twin washbasins. A large, fully equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table. Living room with a ceiling-mounted HD projector, a pull-down screen, TV, Wi-Fi and Netflix. A balcony at the rear overlooking the courtyard, ideal for sitting or for smokers. All windows can be darkened. Electric shutters are fitted in all rooms except the balcony room. Blackout curtains are provided in the balcony room.Downstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobes and a TV.Downstairs there is also a guest toilet and a connecting room with a pull-out sofa. Therefore, no parties are permitted in the flat. Guests must not disturb the neighbours with noise, particularly at night.
