Owners Suite is, quite literally, the home of the property’s first owner. The storefront was built about 1919, with the second floor as living quarters. This is evident in the layered woodwork and built in cabinetry, hallmarks of the prosperous Cleveland merchant home. Additions were made in the next several decades, with the building extended twice to accommodate larger families. The last merchant owner, a butcher and grocer, completed the property with the back rental apartments, added just after WWII. In the reimagined Owners Suite, you will find a workspace area with a desk & chair and kitchenette. The large screen Roku TV in the front room is accompanied by recliners, including a massage chair, for a relaxing viewing experience, as well as a high-top table and seating for meals.
