Muy cómoda la estancia

I booked a 2 bedroom, arrived and they only have a 1 bed available. Helpful when there’s four of us. They offered an additional room if I paid for it. Mgt and bookings clerk were completely uninterested and show no empathy. Customer service is very poor borderline arrogant.

Honestly this hotel in my opinion is fine for older children but if your travelling with kids under 4 go elsewhere. The softplay/bowling is open to the public so it's always quite busy there and children under 4 are not aloud to use the equipment, the indoor pool is also open to the public and you have to book to use if your lucky you may get an hour slot in the afternoon. There's no animation team, atmosphere or entertainment. A few other parents around the pool said the same thing, unfortunately a couple of days during our stay it rained and the outdoor pool is freezing anyway and there was nothing going on to keep the kids entertained. It's just disappointing when we went off the good reviews and paid the same amount to stay here self catering for one week as we did last year to go to a resort in Egypt all Inc and the kids pools and animation team and kids evening disco was all part of the holiday experience. We spent the majority of our time at the beach or at the park in playa bastian, by day 3 I was looking for alternative hotels near by. The lifeguard is no where to be seen around the pool and the tiles are so slippery. The apartment itself was nice but definitely suited for older/no kids. We travelled with 3 children different ages and unfortunately wouldn't return we all left on a bit of a low.

En cuanto al personal de la cafetería o cocina de la bolera. Son poco simpáticos es más ni saludan.. Parece molestarles. Entre lo bueno.la.comida y tapas está bueno y no es caro. Los cumpleaños también están bien los niños disfrutan mucho de la disco de niños

Hemos estado dos parejas a finales de Septiembre y nada más llegar hemos pedido que nos cambiasen la cortina de la puerta porque no podía estar más sucia , sabiendo que es algo que tocas a todo momento para poder entrar y salir, para el plato de ducha tuvimos que comprar bayetas y estropajos y desinfectante para limpiarlo pues parecía de color marrón en vez de blanco, así hicimos con todo el apartamento porque entramos un domingo y ellos no pasaron una fregona hasta el jueves siguiente, una pena porque el entorno y los exteriores son muy bonitos, falta limpieza y luego el desayuno , pués casi todos los huéspedes eran extranjeros y la mayoría entraba al comedor y cogía comida sin máscarilla, tuvimos que avisar al personal para que les avisase y aún así pasaban del tema, por otro lado la comida pésima pues en vez de agregar sacaban alimentos con el paso de los días, sin variedad y si reponer lo consumido. Sin duda alguna no volvería.

We had a lovely stay a Santa Rosa. The accommodation (2 bed) for our family of 4 was clean (cleaned almost daily), modern and spacious. We opted for self-catering. It was simple to use the breakfast buffet/evening meal if you wished and very good value - but we prefer to explore. Comfy beds, large bathroom. The pool was cold but you soon adjusted and the kids loved it. Daily football and bingo was a highlight for our boys. The pool bar was really reasonably priced (€2.50 large beer). Top tip - Jumpers needed at night in Feb. Cheap taxis available (literally only €3 to the beach), but only 15 min walk to the beaches and restaurants/bars are everywhere. The Supermarket and chemist are on the doorstep. We enjoyed several trips - the short volcano tour and a catamaran tour to La Gracioca. Thank you for a fabulous stay Santa Rosa and we really hope to return again for winter sun.

We have just finished a week's stay and can't say we'd stay again the apartments themselves are lovely with a homely feel and the cats who came to visit every night were great to. The food is very basic and small choice to choose not many veggie options. Most of the staff seem miserable the English lady who works on the bar is lovely. The bar closing at 9 however is a super buzz kill when you fancy a late drink and no nighttime entertainment can make it boring overall we had a lovely time but wouldn't stay again

Received by reception in a very timely manner. Clear instructions on apartment location and facilities within the complex. The rooms were well kept by the cleaning team. The swimming pool area is well presented and maintained. We didn’t do the all inclusive meals but was informed by other family members it was good. Great soft play area for the kids on an evening. Just enough things to do locally to keep busy within a week. Overall we had a fantastic holiday at Santa Rosa.

Stayed with family- 2 kids aged 8&12yrs. Didn’t have high expectations as was a cheap holiday. However have been pleasantly surprised by how good it has been. Lots to do, the entertainment lads were fantastic- really friendly and good with the kids. Activities such as bowling, football, crazy golf (all free), and bingo for 1euro. Pool bar reasonably priced, staff there friendly. A relaxed and friendly vibe thought out the complex. Only issue would be no air con- not a problem for us at this time of year but would be very hot in the summer months. Location wise- within walking distance of 3 beaches. The first (Bastian) the smallest & sea can be choppy if windy, but great for exploring the rocks & pools. Second beach up has lots of fish. Take some food to give them and you will be surrounded! Lots of restaurants & bars nearby… too much choice actually and difficult to find food better than mediocre. I would recommend Los Amigos for food. Serving tapas and other local cuisine. Absolutely amazing and reasonably priced. It’s hidden away but easy to find- sign posted on the right as you walk down to Bastian beach. There’s an Italian on the road down to the beach too (can’t remember the name but it began with an S!). We didn’t go, but were told it was nice and it was always booked up.
