Premier Inn Newcastle Gosforth/Cramlington

Excellent stay in a very clean and comfortable hotel which was well located. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to give advice on local attractions.

We stayed overnight - 3 x rooms, the night before a family wedding nearby. The hotel is easy to find. There is ample and, it seems, safe free parking - so long as you register your car. This is a standard Premier Inn - had such a sense of deja vue. Reception was a little bit disorganised, I thought but they were trying to deal with multiple people. Room qualities were good - ample size and the eveything was entirely fit for purpose. It was good to have the beefeater next door - we didn't use it for dinner, however, the breakfast was good - service perhaps a little slow, however, it was nice to have an English Breakfast delivered to order rather than from a buffet style format.

It was absolutely brilliant lovely friendly team all way there to support you in anyway this is my second time at this hotel at many more visits to come back again can't way thank you to all the wonderful staff . It was My birthday and the staff left in my room a card and box of chocolates lovely .

A good budget hotel in a good location next to a mcdonalds and an Asda express and petrol station. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to help us.

Stayed here for a night on Easter weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had plenty of parking. The staff were really friendly. We had 2 family rooms and there were little Easter packs in the rooms for the kids which was a nice touch. The cooked breakfast was cooked fresh to order and was very nice. Highly recommend!

A weekend at the races, this hotel is ideally situated, just 15 mins taxi ride away. Lovely hotel and team very helpful & friendly.

We stay at this hotel maybe three/four times a year, the staff always make us feel welcome; special thanks to Maureen, Sharon and Helen who always go out of their way to make time for us. Looking forward to seeing them again soon.

Another stay at my favourite hotel chain, this time Liesure instead of my usual business stay. The check in was great and the room was brilliant. Unfortunately the bathroom was absolutely freezing, ended up dripping wet in the room itself. The desk to work on was located in a way that you could not see the TV, unusual. The food at the Beefeater was great and apart from the bathroom our stay was as usual great.

I regularly stop at this hotel and/or one nearby for work and find that it's great value and has friendly staff. Love the pillows and the breakfast is well worth it - sets you up for the day. Clean, convenient, reasonably priced - recommended. Will be back.
