Ogilvy House

Ogilvy house is a beautiful boutique B and B, within easy walking distance to Cromer town centre. Our room was stylish and comfortable and the en-suite was huge with both a freestanding bath and a large walk in shower. The breakfasts were freshly cooked and very tasty and Richard was an informative and very friendly host . We had a wonderful time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return again .

Had a lovely stay at Ogilvy House this week with my daughter reminiscing our family holidays from years ago. Richard is a great host and Ogilvy House is very clean and stylish. We had a great choice of breakfasts which were cooked perfectly. It’s a great location in Cromer, very peaceful but within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Cromer is a great base for some beautiful walks.Will definitely stay again

Thankyou Richard for being a great host, we loved your beautiful house.Our room was outstanding everything we needed plenty of tea coffee milk biscuits and 2 bottles of water every day. The bathroom was excellent with a free standing bath and a great walk in shower. Our bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding. There was a excellent choice of breakfast all good quality and cooked to perfection. And served with care by Richard. The location was very good not to far from the town beach and pier.

The room was of a high standard bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower mat needed changing, cooked Breakfast was good but would have liked to have seen yogurt and fresh fruit available. The property is perfectly located to walk into town.The host was very friendly and helpful

First class. Richard is the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. Everything is nicely presented and decorated, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were prompt, freshly cooked and delicious with decent coffee. Highly recommended, no doubt we will return.

We had a 2 night stay here and wouldn't hesitate to make Ogilvy House our first choice for accommodation on a return visit. Richard is an exceptional host, providing a warm welcome and ensuring we were comfortable during our stay, even asking for feedback when we left so he could make adjustments if necessary. Our room was perfect for what we were looking for - spacious, plenty of storage space, clean and well stocked with tea and biscuits! Although fronting the road we had no noise issues - other than the fighting blackbirds! Breakfast was outstanding - cooked to order, very well presented and absolutely delicious! The location of Ogilvy House is ideal for the town centre, just a short walk away. It was evident that standards of service and comfort were high priority and a lot of effort is put in to ensure that these standards are maintained. I absolutely recommend Ogilvy House as a place to stay if you are visiting Cromer.

Just as described this really is B&B at the top end of the market! We stayed for three nights and only moved on as they couldn't accommodate us for longer due to the number of bookings they had - we were very lucky to get in for the nights we did. The whole experience from start to finish left us wanting more. Highly recommended. Ps We needed to be there for two more nights to actually try the five superb breakfast options which you chose the day before to make sure they are ready for you!

What a lovely B&B! A really quality experience. We had a lovely spacious room overlooking the garden for our three night break. Ogilvy House is really well located in a quiet street, within easy walking distance to both the town and the beach. There are good bus services also to other locations. Richard is an hospitable and friendly host. We've never enjoyed a full English breakfast so much. Thoroughly recommend! 👍

Richard is a perfect host and is very attentive. The breakfast is excellent, especially the mushrooms on toast. The room was ideal for our needs and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the bathroom, which my wife would happily have brought home with her. Would visit again when in the area and would highly recommend to friends and family.
