Mistico San Blas Boutique

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Gorgeous rooms, peaceful, nice location and great staff!

I want to thank the staff at the Mistico for making the arrangements to pick me up at the train station given the time of night that I arrived. It must have been close to 10:30 pm by the time I arrived at the hotel. I was helped up the flight of stairs with a very large suit case (I'd been traveling for a few weeks) and provided with some hot tea. Right on schedule my taxi arrived the following morning and took me to the airport, it was so seamless. It was just what I needed to make my connection from Cusco to Lima. Thank you for all of your help!

Excelente hotel! Super cute. Very clean. The staff is super helpful. The room are super nice and clean!! Definitely recommend it! Great location and there is a restaurant across the street that is amazing!!!

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in the Místico San Blas Boutique Hotel. All of the staff (Leslie, Laura, Marjorie and Mari) were super friendly, attentive and accommodating. When we first arrived my wife was really struggling with the altitude and Leslie sprung into action (completely unprompted) bringing coca leaf tea, and some type of rose oil to her right away, saving the day. Leslie went above and beyond in assisting us ! The location of the hotel is hard to beat, right in the heart of the historic San Blas neighborhood. We ate breakfast at the hotel, made to order by Mari and it was delicious!! We would highly recommend anyone staying in Cusco, to stay at the Místico San Blas Boutique Hotel !

MUY BUENA UBICACION CON LA VISTA A CUSCO Y MUY COMODA UNAS ALMODAS DE ENSUEÑO, ESTUBO MUY LINDO PASAR EN ESE HOTEL, BUFFET DE DESAYUNO MUY RIQUISIMO, ACONCEJO A LOS VISITANTES QUE PASEN LO MEJOR ES EL MEJOR LUGAR DE CUSCO

The room was good with a street view. Housekeeping was satisfactory. Breakfast good. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. However, it has a locational disadvantage being far from the historical centre, from a senior's perspective. Otherwise for the younger tourist, this has no impact at all. There are plenty of restaurants on this narrow lane, one right opposite the door of our hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly. Special mention of Ms Belen for her help and hospitality.

I could not say enough good things about this adorable hotel. From the first day when I checked in, Julia Belén showed me so much kindness. Every time I left or come back, she always asked how I was doing and if there was anything she could do for me. They arranged a wonderful tour of the city of Cusco for us one day and also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which saved us a lot of stress. The room we had was also very spacious and comfortable. When we went to rainbow mountain they made us a great lunch to take with us and the cook they had for breakfast everyday was amazing. There were a wide variety of options for breakfast, including many fresh fruits, bread, cheese, avocado, tomatoes, and more. Breakfast is supposed to end at 9 am, but when they found out I hadn’t gotten breakfast, they made a huge breakfast just for me. Overall, I felt extremely well taken care of by this amazing hotel and its staff, and I absolutely plan to stay here when I come back to Peru.
