C'est mon premier séjour ici avec mon fils. Prix abordable pour deux nuits. J'ai choisi cet appartement car il est proche de l'hôpital de Putrajaya, où je rendais visite à ma nièce qui y est hospitalisée. Cependant, la maison semble convenir aux étudiants, pas à une famille. J'ai opté pour une chambre avec salle de bain, car celle avec salle de bain commune n'avait pas de fenêtre. Il y a une vidéosurveillance dans le salon. Il y a aussi un restaurant Mamak à proximité si vous souhaitez manger avant de rentrer. Globalement, c'est correct, car nous ne rentrons que le soir pour dormir, mais ce n'est pas recommandé pour les familles.

Les draps ne sont pas changés, juste rangés. (Comment puis-je le savoir ? Parce que nous l'avons vu nous-mêmes.) Je ne sais pas s'il a lavé la serviette ou non 🫠. Vous partez tard 5 à 10 minutes, rejetez le dépôt même si vous arrivez en retard (tolérance zéro) 😤. Lisez attentivement ! Il y a 3 pièces dans la maison. Chaque chambre a un prix différent. Il possède 2 maisons qu'il a transformées en airbnb. Autres blocs de chaque maison. Il a rendu la caution en retard pour payer. Il est en retard, n'est-ce pas, ne soyons pas en retard.

Je n'ai reçu aucune information pour l'enregistrement, je dois réserver un autre hôtel. J'ai envoyé un SMS, un message sur des applications ! Aucune réponse. J'ai reçu une réponse à 10 h le lendemain matin. Service client impoli. L'hôte est impoli. RENVOYEZ MON ARGENT, JE POURSUIVRAI UNE ACTION EN JUSTICE. J'ai gagné mon procès avant que l'hôte n'essaie de tricher comme ça, vous allez procéder !

Worst stay ever. The owner is rude, uses bad language, and has zero respect for guests. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments booked through this app, but this has been by far the worst experience. The owner of this property clearly has no understanding of customer service. Instead of being helpful, he speaks rudely and uses inappropriate words. Once the booking was confirmed, I was forced to keep checking my phone constantly just to deal with his endless demands, which ruined the trip experience. To make matters worse, although I booked through the app, suddenly a third party was involved in handling the booking. This was never made clear upfront and created even more confusion. It feels dishonest. and shockingly, there are CCTV cameras inside the house. This is not only unprofessional but feels unsafe and invasive. I’ve used this app for many trips and never had such a terrible experience. Please avoid this property at all costs. Don’t waste your time, money, or peace of mind here.

I have booked this room for my friend, but because of my bad experience I told him not to come and book another hotel. So actually I paid for this room, but I didn’t check-in Not a good experience at all.

Bad experience.. I booked this homestay. I reached there but no body received my call or message and security persons call and message also.. I returned back and booked another hotel. My refund still pending with the homestay owner.

the room was great and the amenities such as wifi and fridge are great👍 just be sure to highlight rooms that has shared bathroom

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, although the door lock was a bit loose and needed replacement, which I hope gets addressed soon. There is shared bathroom well-maintained, but for those who prefer more privacy, I recommend booking the deluxe double bedroom with a private bathroom. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

This is my first time trying to book online and this place made it a lot easier for me, the strategic location makes it easy for me to go to other areas in Putrajaya, easy to check in and check out, complete and clear guidelines, fast reply, reasonable prices but a comfortable and quiet area.

Booked for 2 nights... near the apartment are mamak and 7e shop lots. easy for grab to pickup/drop

It's comfortable place to stay but the booking need to chat thru Whatsapp it's not so convenient for me since we already book on trip dot com. I book for my husband since my daughter admitted in the hospital.

Very fast reply and superb customer service.Very nice room. But this property has shared bathroom.Luckily i get master bedroom,and private bathroom attached to it.
