I have personally visited this hotel now more than 5-6 times,and i always use to stay here for one or straight 2 days,though the pricing ranges are high no doubt,but i actually lovee the service,the respect,the view from the rooms,the food the decency of the staff,how trained and well performing they are and how they always ***age to help us with each and every service they are providing. stay was very nice,staff is very nice and the behaviour of the staff is so good to every one, specially front office staff rooms are well decore and rooms are so good. food and service are so nice.

In previous month I visited the dehradun at the time I stayed in The emerald grand , dehradun. During my stay I found the staff is so friendly not only with me but with everyone. The behaviour of the staff is so good. Rooms are also very good with mountain view. Food and service both are very good. Specially front office staff it helps alot to everyone they always provide best from their side. Thanks to emerald grand for making my stay good.

In the month of June I visited the dehradun for trip with my family. My trip was for 3 days that's why I decided to stay with the best property which is pocket friendly with good ambiance I seach alot after some time I see the emerald grand which is offering very good deal to there customers during the peak season also. I went to hotel with my family the front office staff deal very friendly with me and I ask them to show the room they showed me all categories of the room at last I final the executive room which has sufficient space and the rooms are very specious and the amenities are also very good which are provided by the hotel. The staff is very good with there guest they deal very politely with the guest. The food is very good. Ambiance and staff is most beautiful part of the hotel. The way they deal with their guest. Location is also so good with mountain view. There is ***y this to right about the hotel bhut i ends my experience with the note that when ever I visit the dehradun. I would like to stay with teh emarald only because of his staff and ambiance. At last thanking all the staff member of emerald for making my staff such beautiful.

Rooms are full of grasshopper, beetle flies. Food was poor, location was poor. Staff was too rude. Full of mosquitoes in room. Not maintain high gine.cafeteria was also full of flies. Pl don't book.

Outstanding hotel and great staff I believe I can rate them 5 on 5 , the hotel is outstanding , plus the staff is way more humble and super nice , their hospitality is something no one can beat , I m sure the way they look after their guest is mind blogging ..! Amazing staff , special thanks to Mr. ***beer, Mr. Sandeep and all the people in the hotel .! You guys have been amazing and thanks a ton ..!

Our stay at this hotel was fraught with safety concerns and unprofessional service. The entrance featured a slippery slope instead of stairs, which posed a risk for guests with mobility concerns, especially during rainy weather. A young boy in our group sustained an injury due to the unsafe environment, and after suffering pain for three days, he had to seek medical attention. A girl also almost slipped while wearing heels, which could have led to a severe injury. Housekeeping services were subpar, with rooms being cleaned only upon request, and even then, the quality of cleaning was unsatisfactory. Towels were never changed throughout our 4-day stay, adding to our dissatisfaction. The staff's behavior was consistently irritated and distressed, making our interactions with them unpleasant. Furthermore, the ***agement charged us extra for a washable towel, wrongly claiming it as property damage, and overcharged us for water bottles without proper labeling. The hotel ***agement's refusal to accept responsibility for the numerous safety issues demonstrated a complete disregard for guest safety and satisfaction.

I am pleaser to write the rrview aboyt the hotel because the hotel has given me a nice experiance. Staff is very friendly to every one and also the food is also good rooms are very nice . I have a great day thnku so much every staff for makin my day
