Good Seasons City Centre Hotel Den Bosch

Stayed here for a few nights for a business trip. Very comfortable time, with a great town centre location. Good breakfast buffet. Catered for my gluten free requirements for breakfast too. Nice ground floor bar too. Will stay again if I visit Den Bosch.

We arrived later than we had hoped after a long journey but received a very warm and friendly welcome from Senna on reception who gave us good information about the hotel and the city. It was King's Day so the hotel looked beautiful with all the decorations. We were travelling by car and were able to get a space in the hotel's secure garage under the hotel which was excellent - it is a pedestrian zone so you do need to follow the instructions provided by the hotel to gain entry to the area. Our room was nice - a good size with a comfortable bed and heavy wooden furniture. The bathroom was a little disappointing though - unlike the communal areas of the hotel which are very smart and modern, the bathroom didn't look as if it had been touched for 30+ years and was very small. The breakfast room is large and nicely decorated with flowers and the tables are well spaced. The buffet was extensive with so much choice of both hot and cold food, lovely breads and pastries, all sorts of toppings for yoghurt or cereal - you couldn't have wanted for more. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

We spent 2 days in this top hotel last weekend. Super friendly staff all 1 for 1 topper. I had 2 rooms and I had a request upon arrival, they immediately went to see what was possible. The rooms were again super clean. The breakfast is very varied and when a fresh product is almost finished, new ones are made right away, even if you are the last to have breakfast, big names can learn something from that. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace for a few hours. There was a nice cooling breeze in front of the hotel. And although it was quite busy with arrivals, we were wonderfully spoiled by Senna and Ralf our host and lady these days we were there. These great guys kept a close eye on us to make sure we weren't short of anything. We had a wonderful stay here again right in the center of Den Bosch. And have immediately re-booked for next year. And we will probably go again soon. PS I read in the reviews whole stories about parking that it is expensive for 1 day. But sorry you are parked in the middle of the center in a shopping street covered. That you park there is a choice. We always park at a p&r go by bus with our suitcase after the center you get out 100m from the hotel and you are parked for 4.50 per 24 hours. So you can make it as expensive as you want. We prefer to spend those 20 euros on the terrace.

The hotel had character and set in the ideal position for shopping ,restaurants and the train station for a trip to Amsterdam .The room was spotless and the breakfast room had such an amazing selection and layout of food to choose from will be returning again.

We stayed in a family room that was spacious with large bathroom. Everything was up to date and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh squeezed orange juice. The bar and terrace were very nice. The best part was the employees and owners were very friendly and helpful. The owners even came in to tell us goodbye at 6 am. Unbelievable! I will definately stay here again when I return to Den Bosch.

I stayed here for a week recently on business. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - it's a family run place and this is shown in the way the place is run, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to customer service. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with an iron, ironing board, phone, TV, Safe for valuables and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are huge and spacious - I had a great night's sleep!! The bathroom was modern and clean with a rainfall shower that could also be adjusted to a power shower. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaners do an excellent job. Breakfast is the only meal served, but there are great places to eat less than a minute away from the hotel. The breakfast offered has a large variety on offer with something to suit everyone from pastries, to cold cheese and meat, cereal, fruit, bacon/eggs etc. The bar is warm and welcoming with good range of local and international drinks on offer, all reasonably priced. All in all I had a great stay and will stay there again if I get the opportunity.

The hotel is quite luxe for the price although the bathrooms are very compact. Generally the staff were excellent and this was our second stay at this hotel. The young man working during the weekend was excellent - very helpful and smiley. The stay was spoiled a little by the general manager/owner being aggressively rude to us within an hour of arrival because we sent back a bottle of wine which was corked. we were told that there was nothing wrong with it, she knew what she was talking about just because we didn't like it doesn't mean it was bad(fair point but it was bad), to stop moaning about the wine and apparently we had an attitude and not to talk to her like that. At this point I was trying to placate her and tell her what a lovely hotel she had but she wasn't having any of it. Also I was told I could not wait in reception for our friends who were delayed and I had to wait in my room. Very strange disappointing start to our weekend.
