Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with our booking but the staff provided us with alternatives which we gladly accept even though they don't have to. Rooms are clean and all amenities needed are provided. If you are lucky, you will be able to see Meili Snow Mountain.

Staffs of the hotel are very kind and offer drop off and pick up from the place (just after the tunnel, just tell the bus driver where you are staying and he will stop there) the bus drop you. Room are clean and the front facing rooms on the 2nd floor provide a fantastic view from the comfort of your bed!

The stay is great as the staffs are polite and helpful. The room has an excellent mountain view. Apart from that the hotel provides scrumptious breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality!

服務員熱情周到，處處都是細節和愛心💗房間佈置深得人心👍 安睡熱飲:還有銀耳湯，早餐豐富多樣，佈置貼心，儀式和情緒價值直接拉滿，來了就不想走。遺憾雪山太含羞雲遮霧罩擋了個嚴實，留個念想。

一進房間就被震住了，房間又大又好，特別漂亮，暖爐、空調、製氧機、浴缸、茶台，總之就是什麼都有～大大的露台是觀景和拍攝的絕佳搭配，1+1＞2的效果，看圖吧，這才是享受人生。酒店裡的餐食也非常棒，套餐裏每一樣都好吃，附上我們6大2小的選擇，488套餐吃到撐也沒吃完。下午茶有果盤和小蛋糕，晚上還有銀耳羹，忘記拍了，大人孩子們都吃的很開心。服務特別好，幫忙加床280/張，價格也很合理，還幫忙去縣城買了香蕉和啤酒，真的太感謝了！以後會推薦所有的親朋好友入住！要住就住最好的房間哦～躺在床上看日出多愜意啊
