This is not a 5-star hotel, it's more like a 3. Make sure you know their taxes and miscellaneous fees BEFORE you finalize your reservation...these fees are outrageous! Their daily fees include resort fees of $45/day, daily bed fees (every day has a different charge), admin fees $99, depart cleaning fees of $220, plus Florida sales tax on top of ALL of it. Our total bill was $4,351, the taxes and these miscellaneous fees added up to $1,135 of that total which equals 26% of our total bill! We stayed 5/11/24-5/18/24 for 7 nights in a 3bed/3bath suite. Aesthetically, the room #305E was great; however the microwave did not work to warm up food. The sink stopper was broken in one of the king bedrooms and the cabinet below had a half inch of water in it when we checked in. In was not usable. After calling the front desk for maintenance three times, and speaking with the maids in the hallway, no one ever came to fix it. The food is very marginal at the Grande Vista restaurant and the service is awfully slow. I do not recommend the Emerald Grande at Harborwalk Village.

We stayed in a three bedroom condo for 10 days in November. The condos here are individually owned, so there will be some variations. We had a nice view, it was quiet, and everything was neat and clean. The front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly. the pool was nice and the location was great. My only complaint would be the hotel needs to be updated and it’s dining and bar area. However, it was a great value for the price and we would stay again.

Took over 1hour and 30 minutes to check in. i hd a reservation number but they didn't have a room ready I came in at midnight but i paid for that night. I had a fishing charter for 5am next day. They had to wake up the manager to figure it out. finally got to bed at 230 and slept for 2 hours. Ruined my day. On check out it took over 30 minutes to check out. I was the only person at the desk. They offer me a can of soda for the delay. I was there for a wedding. Very slow service. Had breakfest They gave me someone else bill for 158.75 my bill was $42. took forever to correct. Never again.

This place is amazing. We are Wyndham Resort owners and stayed here as Wyndham guests. Our room is great and the location is very nice. The amenities are wonderful. Lots of shops and activities along Harbor Walk. Breakfast is included and it was excellent. We will definitely return.

The service is exceptional, the location is perfect, and younever have to leave for anything. I highly recommend!!! Never ran in to an issue, you must check out the live music at AJ's and plenty to do for the kids, the boat shuttle to the beach is perfect !!!

The service at restaurants were extremely slow. Our room, the couch was all worn down and all stained. Staff at Emerald Grand didn’t seem to care about our concerns and brushed us off. I’m highly disappointed for the price your paying for this place.

the couches were gross and falling in, toilet seat was broken in half ( how do you not see that when your cleaning and fix it?! smh.), the concierges where no help and didn’t compensate or help when telling them about the grossness. proceeded to tell us we would be penalized! how awful. also they have no sense of customer service. other than that the area is great.

We stayed at Emerald Grande for Easter break with my children and grandkids. I was disappointed in the 4 bedroom condo we had. The den furniture was dirty and in terrible condition. Toilet seat was cracked in one of the bathrooms. Pillows were terrible. Some of the lights didn’t work. The view was beautiful but the hotel is in need of updates. I won’t be staying here again.

My trip is in 2 weeks, and Im concerned. I received calls and emails about trying to process a payment for another stay (NOT MINE) in September for someone named Sherry, which isn't me nor did I authorize someone else to use my card. This does not instill confidence in this business, especially when I've upgraded to the penthouse suite. So, I hope it's made right and that I can make a better review in 2 weeks.
