The manager and the staff are efficient and polite. The food is good and homely. The rooms can be updated a bit.

i stay 3 nights but they not cleaning my room and toilet also they don't change my bed linen also. I booked ac room but they provide ac room but they shut down ac from reception. Balcony also very dirty. Pathetic experience.

Hotel is not good for family, unauthorized person walking hotel premises and living also, mmt is good partner i am personally knows to some mm t employes for customer support, company was very good, but hotel is not familiar atmosphere, please look into this matter mmt, thank you

I think I have stayed in one of the best hotels till far when it comes to behavior or food quality or maybe nearby attraction points. What else do you need in a hotel when you are visiting a Beach destination. Railway station, New Digha beach, Bus stand, and nearby local shops and the best part about the hotel was they had two balconies with an amazing view. People should visit this hotel if you are planning for New a Digha. Cheers 🍷😊
