Très déçu de cet hôtel que je ne conseille pas du tout. Le service est nulle et le management aussi et pourtant je ne suis pas du genre exigeant mais la c’est la total. Il y’a des hôtels juste à côté au même prix et 10 fois meilleures. Passez votre chemin.

Bad experience, the hotel is so DIRTY, CACKROCHs are everywhere, bad staff behaviour, they need to train them well, when I woke up in the departure day I find my apartment door is open!!!! No security in this hotel.....

An absolute nightmare!! Had an overnight stay with friends and family, aside from getting the room 1 hour late we were charged 100 QAR for a "missing towel" upon check-out. I asked the staff, how are we supposed to know how many towels were there in the room? No staff accompanied us during check-in, no checklist, whatsoever in the room. Then how will we know if there were 2, 3, 5, or even 10 towels there? They just kept saying "The room is complete upon turnover to the guest". I told them that we were MORE THAN WILLING to have our bags checked by them, but they just kept on insisting that the towels were complete when we checked in. Special mention to MR. RAM, the "housekeeping supervisor" during our checkout. He is very unprofessional and arrogant! Immediately raised his voice when we questioned how many towels were supposed to be there.

We moved in Magnum hotel in February 2023 (me, my husband and 2 children), unfortunately we signed a contract for one year. As we were new in Doha and did not know better than. Hotel is positioned 5 star. But in fact it is 2-3 star. When we first looked at it. I seemed ok. But to look and live is two different thongs. Once we moved in we found out that garbage premise on each floor is always full, and I mean full u can hardly open the door. Therefore we saw cockraches in the room. And hotel could not offer anything better but traps(((((( not to forget we have children. Parking area is so dirty, like if it never gets cleaning(((( Kitchen, bathrooms , some walles need a good renovation. Pool are is so old. My son hurt his arm on sharp edge of brocken tiles. Pool area is connected with asian restaurant and the smell in pool is like in the kitchen with fish production. Any dialog with management with request to move out did not have any sucess. As per contract we have to pay penalty for breking contract earlier than a year. But the most incredible thing is our nest door apartment. Every weekend new one night residents have very loud party till morning. Security is passive about it. Every weekedn we call 4 times. Security comes and can not do anyting. So none can sleep in my apartment.

Aviary is a nice place to hangout. But few over reacting Securities are spoiling the show. Rest all staff are highly accommodating and supportive. All DJ's are also talented and brings up good vibe. Single star is only for the security Bar Staff & Service 10/10 Food & beverages 8/10 Ambience 8/10 Value for money 8/10 DJ's - 10/10 House band 7/10 I have pointed out the rude behavior of one particular security to the supervisor and he told they are being very strict because of the frequent fights happening there ; he told that few occasions bottles were thrown and fighting also happens and thus the security being over reactive.. If this is the case one might stay away from this place.. Would love to go back but will be hard to stay in the vicinity of such rude security and unless they rectify this pest ...this place is going down for sure....

Posto sconsigliatissimo !!!posto sporco personale maleducato e dopo 2 settimane di alloggio hanno fatto solo una volta la pulizia camera con varie sollecitazioni!!! Posto rumoroso con camere e bagni pessimi porta asciugami arrugginiti e non funzionanti

The food of Satsuma is sublime I liked all the dumplings served at the Unlimited Dumplings Night and the staff were so attentive to all the requests and checks in on your experience often. They're complimentary sushi and kung pao chicken with burnt garlic rice is a must try! Kudos to your grand opening on May! I wanna thank Sazzad Hossain for his attentive service! The staff should have their own name tags to easily thank the staff!

I quarantined here with my 2 children for 2 nights on arrival in Qatar. I am honestly shocked that this hotel is being used for quarantine. It was so dirty I really can’t understand how it can be covid safe! I had looked on tripadvisor before booking and I was therefore prepared for the hotel being dated and possibly run down but what I did not expect was how dirty it was. There were cockroaches and other bugs running about, the kitchen worktops were covered in crumbs and grease and the rugs looked like they hadn’t been hoovered in months. My kids and I were actually quite distressed staying in here. I would really tell people, families especially, to think twice about booking this hotel. I’m not sure whether they clean the place better for the general hotel guests but certainly the room we had for quarantine was disgusting. The one positive I will say was that I found the staff to be nice and helpful.
