Aafaq ( concierge), Khushboo (Three Kitchen), Saurbh (Outstanding bartender Three Kitchen); Abhishek( Three Kitchen) ; Rakesh ( Manager) are some of the amazing members of the Ritz Pune team that made our stay super enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is like a palace and the service, food, facilities are amazing.

The hotel was amazing! Never had I experienced this level of hospitality where the staffs went above and beyond to make sure we have a good stay, from the staff at the front desk, to the staff at the fitness center! I had a small incident in my room, and they made sure to check with me if I am alright after. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to use the showers before we left for the airport. Thank you to everyone in the team for making our stay memorable!

The good: Effortless experience. The property is very well maintained and the staff are very hospitable. The rooms and spotless and very well stocked. The not so good: I had issues with the air conditioning (didn’t go below 22C even though it was set below) which was not so nice. I alerted staff to this, and they said it should cool, but didn’t see any improvement). Also, one of the lights in the room wouldn’t go off- had to call maintenance to fix this. What I liked best: The pool and spa area are perhaps the best in the country. With some minor improvement, this hotel could possibly be the best in the country.

It was an amazing stay at Ritz-Carlton Pune. Extremely well maintained hotel with super professional staff and wonderful hospitality. The location of the hotel is pretty good with proximity to some good restaurants in KP. The breakfast buffet spread was huge and delicious too. We celebrated our anniversary and we couldn't have asked for more. Special mention for Chinu who made our anniversary special by making special arrangements for a cake and room decor with a personalized touch. A memorable experience and definitely visiting again.

Prajakta Gole has been a fantastic chef and she has cooked bespoke tasty Indian curry , that tastes amazing. Jalebi on top of it was awesome Definitely recommended to visit at Ritz Carlton Three kitchen restaurant. All my colleagues having a good time here.

I have been to The Ritz Carlton for Jak World Event, it was a wonderfull experience. I specially want to thanks Nitin from security, he helped us in finding cab and shifting our language, such a great chap he is, wonderfull, I'm soo happy with the professionalism shown by him. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Incredibly luxurious and great staff. I highly recommend the Sunday Brunch as well in the Three Kitchens restaurant. The rooms are big and everything was perfect. I will for sure go back as soon as I can.
