I absolutely love this hotel! I stayed on the club floor which included an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa, an exclusive lounge on the 24 floor where you can have happy hour, afternoon tea, and breakfast, as well as having a personal butler 24/7. I loved the service I got on the club lounge as well throughout the hotel. I loved how there was a shuttle to take you to the Dubai mall. The shuttle runs every hour expect for 6pm. You can use the shuttle bus as a starting point for the big bus hop on hop off tour which is what I did. The shuttle was punctual, driven safely, and always had room. The Dubai mall’s food court is definitely worth checking out! But anyways, this hotel is definitively worth staying at! The breakfast is also amazing, both on the club floor and the main breakfast area! I am so excited to return soon! Special shoutout to Meg as well as his colleagues on the club floor who took care of us! Thank you and see you again soon!!

Lovely room with good hospitality in Business bay

Amazing staff who make all the difference. This is not a 5 Star, this should be a 7 star plus. Humans make the stay bad or excellent and in this case, this hotel is exceptional. They go beyond the expected to make your experience an unforgettable one. Me and my wife love Taj Downtown Dubai and will always come back to be pampered. Lots of love from Sujal and Poonam

Excellent location!! Exceptionally hospitable staff right from parking and front desk to house keeping to restaurants.. my family had the best experience. Highly recommend.

Good location and very nice service. We really enjoyed staying here!

We were given a twin bed despite we booked King bed, and the staff kept saying it was “system issue”. There are “wear and tear” in the room and a bit noisy when there are music playing downstairs. Staff are very nice at the breakfast place, despite choices being a little limited and the food pairing is not there. For example, there are several hummus but no pita bread. It’s a nice hotel overall and not very expensive.

Excellent hotel Absolutely no complains

The best experience so far! The staff is excellent and the interior is awesome. The breakfast had wide variety of items to choose from. We booked a luxury room with Burj Khalifa view and it actually had Burj Khalifa view. I will certainly visit this hotel again.

The location was ideal, but I wasn't too keen on the service provided by some staff at this hotel. My 1 night stay here wasn't the greatest and breakfast was bellw average.

My first experience hotel when I came to Dubai for the first time. This is a very big hotel and I believe it's an indian based world class hotel. Even the buffet breakfast is also mostly indian food and we love it so much! The room is also very big and spacious and clean!
