Hôtels 2 étoiles à Eastbourne

Réservé pour rester à cet hôtel sur Hotels.com. En raison d'un glitch, les dates que j'avais choisies ont changé quand j'avais minimisé l'écran pour trouver un code promo, et je ne l'ai pas réalisé jusqu'à confirmation de la réservation. J'ai immédiatement vu l'erreur et je suis allé au Live Chat. Le conseiller était très utile et dit que la politique de l'hôtel n'était pas pénal si elle avait été modifiée dans 10 minutes. J'avais commencé la conversation dans 3 minutes, donc pas de problème. Je suis arrêtée alors que Hotels.com contacté l'hôtel. Le 2e conseiller a été pris là où le premier a quitté, mais cette fois l'hôtel a dit non, alors que 10 minutes avaient passé. Le conseiller à Hotels.com a évolué vers un gestionnaire de l'hôtel, mais ils ne respecteraient pas leur propre politique. L'hôtel OYO Marine Parade n'a aucune intégrité et je ne voulais pas les réserver.

We stayed at this hotel as we won a voucher and this was the only hotel to accept it in the area. We stayed in room 114 and feel that 3/5 is generous. Communication when booking was very delayed, the room was very tired but had everything needed. The shower head needs Limescale remover, toilet needs fixing to the floor / wall as moved every time it was used. Only 1 towel each, and no floor towel or hand towel provided - we took our own bathrobes so this wasn’t a huge problem for us but was disappointing, the mattress was very soft and the springs had gone, but more worryingly there were no mattress or pillow protectors 🤢 our room did have a balcony which you could sit out on and had a nice view of the pier, the building in front burnt down 3 years ago and there’s still scaffolding up protecting the ruins. This has opened up the view a bit more and sunrise on the day we left was lovely. Our room had doors that opened out onto the balcony which I loved. It is quite noisy being by the road and some of the guests that were staying there while we were there were annoying and loud during the night but this isn’t the hotels fault! Communal spaces were not inviting or even looked open to use including the bar! Can’t comment on breakfast as it wasn’t available when we stayed but this was advised at booking and we quite enjoyed going for a walk and choosing somewhere to eat and highly recommend Nicolettas 2 min walk behind the hotel and the Beach Deck 20 min walk out of the hotel to the left. The location is good as you’re very central but the clock on the pier ringing every 15 minutes 8am-11pm is annoying. Parking permit (£2 per day) outside the hotel is good. Behind the hotel is a good selection of eateries and the Beacon shopping centre. Overall not bad and would probably come back if these small issues were fixed

Nous sommes juste retournés d'un séjour de 3 nuits à The View. Cet hôtel dispose d'une belle localisation avec vue magnifique sur la côte de la plupart des chambres. Nous avons une salle de balcon de taille royale. La chambre avait été bien vallée avant notre arrivée et le personnel était très bienvenu. Le petit déjeuner était très bien présenté et de bonne qualité, bien que le buffet soit presque inévitable. Le service de l'hôtel est très confortable et vous avez une bonne qualité de service. Nous sommes revenus à la chambre le dimanche après-midi pour trouver la moitié vallée. J'avais saignement de la petite coupe sur la tête jusqu'au cas de la pâte. J'ai fait en sorte que je laisse le côté de la pâte pour s'assurer qu'elle n'était pas manquée. Le lit n'était pas fait et la cuillère n'était pas simplement tournée. La chambre était très belle, mais elle n'avait pas été en mesure de faire la suite. Alors, bien que l'hôtel ait de bons points, nous ne reviendrons pas.

Très obsolète et nécessitant une rénovation totale. Désolé de dire très impure à tous les aspects. Windows peut aussi avoir été ouvert, vieux fenêtres sash qui laissent en froid et bruit, chauffage central dans tout l'hôtel ne fonctionne pas et un chauffeur convecteur placé dans la chambre. Toilet inaccessible pour l'homme moyen sans approcher latéralement. Hôtel très daté qui a besoin d'une révision complète.. Désolé pour un mauvais commentaire mais honnête

So this place was extremely disappointing! To say dated is being polite. We had booked a 4 night stay. Firstly we arrived and my husband had ti go find parking down a busy main road which you have to pay extra for daily. I took myself to the room only to find the smallest room I've ever seen with the smallest window, it was no bigger than a broom cupboard with the smallest window and it was so hot! There was no fan! I found out later that you have to ask for a fan! Why not leave them in the room when it's hot? It's been the hottest summer. As soon as my husband arrived, he was also little shocked and how small the room was so I called down to reception to find out if they had any bigger rooms and maybe a sea view and luckily there was one avaliable. Of we was staying just a night then I would have made the best of it. It cost another £80 for the upgrade. We went through to the bigger room with a sea view and the lady on reception brough us a fan! It becomes apparent how dated this hotel really is when the pillows on the bed are like rocks. The mattress protector is just old throws layer under the sheets. The bed was two singles pushed together and two single duvets. The beds are old and lumpy. Bearly slept over the 4 nights. The bathroom was terrible! I'm 5ft 3in and the shower over the bath was too low for me. There was hardly any water pressure. There was stains in the old tin like bath. The toilet roll was a tissue paper dispenser. Some random tiles place over the old white tiles over toilet which looked so out of place. Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom. I won't even start with the off coloured grouting. Two plugs in the whole room so had to keep uploading things whenever we used the kettle! One evening when we returned I went to use the small lift and it was full of cleaning stuff! Another occasion when leaving the room we nearly feel over the cable to the hoover which was plugged across our door and the cable was about a foot of the floor and cleaning supplies all over the floor! This hotel has nothing, no charm, no personal touches. With so many hotels in Eastbourne you'd think you'd want to stand out but I don't think anyone's cared about this place since the 80s. I don't tend to complain but for the price it wasn't worth it, you are paying for the location and not a decent room. The lady who upgraded us was lovely, she was the only good point to this place. I did laugh at the ”no smoking in this vehicle” sticker on the bath of the bathroom door.

Le service de la réception est très bien situé, mais il est très facile de trouver et de trouver un bon endroit après un jour de chagrin. Il m'a demandé mon ID à laquelle j'ai répondu que je ne savais pas que je devais fournir un spécialement payé directement à l'agent de voyage et n'est pas nécessaire. Je dis tout ce que je dis, c'est qu'il serait bon de savoir à l'avance et devrait être dans l'e-mail de confirmation. Il a été chauffé. Enfin, j'ai mes clés. Pas d'ascenseur et sur le haut du sol. Pas d'offre d'assistance. Chambre adéquate et confortable pour le prix payé. Le récepteur est venu et s'est excusé, ce qui a été apprécié. Tout. Dans un séjour confortable mais peu probable de retour

L'hôtel est très propre et confortable et vous propose un excellent service pour vous aider à trouver un petit déjeuner. Bon endroit et tranquille bon environnement, c'est-à-dire pier droit à l'encontre de l'hôtel bon restaurant local, etc. toutes les grandes expériences
