A very neat and tidy apartment which suitable for family. Location is convenient and easy to find. Apartment owner is also easy to contact if problems arise.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Central location to access the city centre. Keyless access. The only issue was we are both in our 60s with reasonable mobilty and our daughter has fibromialga so we did find it difficult to navigate the cases up the stairs to the second floor as there was no lift. The apartments are well worth the money though, everything is catered for and I had reason to speak to one of the staff before we arrived and she was very helpful and accomadating. I would definitely recommend them.

Great location for walking around Edinburgh. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, kitted out with everything we needed. Seamless online check in. Customer service was also first class as we had a glitch with our door entry code. Problem sorted out within minutes by Irmina. Excellent experience. Highly recommend.

We usually book with Destiny Scotland when we visit Edinburgh and again were not disappointed. The location is perfect, only five minutes from the centre and the apartment was very well appointed, clean and warm. The only reason for not giving five is that the apartment is very dark, needing the lights on at all times and they are fairly dim. Would not stop us returning though.

We spent little time in the apartment (no 10) as we were visiting our granddaughter with her mother and father. However it was very satisfactory for our needs. There is what looked like a nice restaurant just across the road (Fig & Faun?) It would have been nice if both rooms had ensuites but on room had a direct door into the shared bathroom but the other had to enter from the corridor so it meant juggling with door locks. However the beds (king size) and pillows were very comfortable.

Our apartment, No 7 in the Malt House, left us somewhat disappointed. The photos illustrating the apartment made it look bright, which was not the case. What you do not see is the heavy net curtain on the french doors to stop neighbouring apartments looking in nor the need to keep the blinds down on the other windows as they are directly facing the windows just across a very narrow street. This makes the apartment very dark unless you want to be looked at by the people in the kitchen opposite. To compensate you need all the lights on and these are significantly underpowered. We booked the apartment having found it on ***********, which clearly shows that the bed is an extra large king sized bed, (normally 180 or even 200cm x 200cm), in fact the bed is a UK king size bed (160cm x 200cm). This is an important consideration for us when making a booking. Most importantly, and despite all the commentary in the apartment manual, the apartment was not very clean. We found the bedside tables to be covered in dust, stains on the floor, indicating that it hadn't been recently mopped and mould on the grouting in the shower. Both the sink and shower had slow drainage, hairs in the shower plug hole being a contributing factor. There were also issues with the safety of two of the plug sockets. We did report much of the above to the customer services at the end of our stay so that they could rectify it for the next clients, we appreciate that had we told them at the beginning of our stay they could have rectified some of the issues but we did not want the inconvenience of being disturbed during our short stay. There were positives, the apartment is well equipped, the shower is powerful (unlike in many of the places we stayed in on our tour of Scotland), Wi-fi worked well. The apartment is really well placed in the west end, minutes from the centre and transport hubs. Plenty of local restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The apartment is very modern and spacious. Great location and very ways to use the amenities within. The disadvantage for us was we were on the top floor with a 4 month old so had to drag everything up as their is no lift but thats one of those things. They leave some washing liquid, dishwasher tabs and washing powder which is great. The shower amenities are great and the products smell amazing. Heating is easy to control. The only thing i would say is if your going with a baby, we requested a travel cot which wasnt there. Luckily we had taken our own so id just say phone them up the day before to remind them. Other then that it was good and we would definelty return.

We stayed here for one night while in Edinburgh for a show. We traveled with two Airns and two kids and stayed in a 2 bed apartment that was perfect for us. Apartments have a great upmarket feel and were spotlessly clean. The entry was very secure and we never heard much in the way of street noise. Very good lactation just near the end of Princes street behind the Caledonian hotel Will definitely use again.

Lovely appartments, clean and tidy Great location beside a lovely bar/ restaurant. Sorry, I can't remember the name, but it's across the road right beside the apartment Highly recommend for anyone who wants to visit Edinburgh. Brilliant customer service Me and my family are already booking a return trip back to Edinburgh. We had a brilliant time.
