Öncelikle yüksek kat deniz manzaralı teras suite oda almama rağmen otele vardığımda müsait yüksek kat teras suite oda kalmadığını belirtip çok kötü zemin kat bir odaya yerleştirmeye çalıştılar, 45 dk boyunca trip.com yetkilisine durumu anlattım durumu çözemediler ve en iptal etmek isteyince de terası olmayan başka bir odaya gönderdiler be hiç ilgilenmediler. Istanbul-Manila- Puerto princesa ve El Nido yolculuğum 22 saatten fazla sürdü ve o yorgunlukla kabul etmek zorunda kaldım. Sonrasında oda içi çok pis ve tozluydu. Daha da kötü olan şey ise otele yerleştiğimiz ilk günden itibaren çok yüksek ateş ve kuru öksürük şikayetiyle doktora gittiğimde klimanın pisliği nedeniyle Lejyoner bakterisi kapmış olabileceğimi söyledi. 4 gündür otelde yarı baygın yatıyoruz ve hiçbir yere de gidemedik, onca ilaca rağmen bu yüksek ateş inmiyor. Bugün çıktık otelden ve Coron turunu iptal edip Manila’ya geri dönüyorum. İlk fırsatta hukuki işlemleri başlatacağım.

Beach front hotel but this isn’t a beach to layout on. It’s where the boats dock but farther down the shore. Very pretty views so I can’t complain. Location was perfect. It was a quick walk to the madness but far enough to be able to sleep at night. Staff helped us with tuk tuks and let us use their phone as we didn’t have calling available. We stayed 4 nights? We didn’t ask for room service during our stay. One thing not unique to this hotel that I personally am not fond of is the lack of bedding. All the small hotels just have a sheet. For me, I don’t care if it’s 100 degrees, I need a blanket on top of me! I knew this before traveling so I brought my travel airplane blanket but still not big/thick enough.
Anyway, nice hotel and great location. Breakfast included was typical pancake, toast, fruit, egg, and a few Asian dishes. Can’t complain about being fed.

Жили на первом этаже с видом на море, засыпали под шум прибоя. Кровати удобные, бельё и полотенца хорошие, гель, мыло и шампунь после уборки пополняли, оставляли ключ на рецепшене, убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца,2 бутылки воды по 0,5 л в номере бесплатно, завтрак менялся:омлет, жаренные яйца,овощи, рис, рыба, мясо, 2 вида джема, масло, тосты, булочки разные, 2 вида хлопьев, молоко, сахар, кофе и чай из пакетов, из фруктов папайя, ананас, бананы, жёлтый и красный арбуз. На завтраке стоял кулер с горячей и холодной водой,можно было пополнить запас воды.Кондиционер работал хорошо. Вешалок в шкафу достаточно,сейф работал.
Не было фена в номере. Приятные девочки и ребята на рецепшене.

Hotel staffs are so sucks. They are not nice and friendly. They are not considerate and they are just for money. I advised not to go there.

Photos are very misleading. I booked this hotel upon seeing all the photos on their page because I thought they have a swimming pool. As per the photos. Only to find out that they dont have. I tried to contact customer service to cancel my booking but they said, the hotel doesn’t want to cancel it. Although the staffs are very nice and accommodating, the hotel is very old. I booked here for my baby, knowing they have a pool. I was very disappointed and was forced to stay here for 3days bcos they dont want to refund my booking. Not gonna come back here. TVs on the rooms are all useless, no cable signal and wifi is slow. False advertisement on the page.

Nice hotel with great view of beach. Spacious room wirh safe , sir con, comfy bed and TV. Toiletries provided. I asked for a kettle and blanket as no duvet provided. Breakfast was lovely apart from no english teabags. Close to the town walkable to tpur trip meeting points.. Tricycles available to get around. I arrived from bus terminal and it was 100 pesos to this hotel. Head to vanilla Beach For the best sunsets !

The hotel's location is very amazing. It's on the beachfront close to restaurants and the walking street. Our room was located on the 3rd floor with an awesome view of the bay. The breakfast choices changed daily, and the food was ok. There was a problem with the air conditioner automatically switching to 30 degrees. Also, the shower needs to have a place where we can put the shampoo, soap, etc.
