The hotel was not what I would imagine for Hilton. The first impression given to me not good given the brand. But the services provided by the staff were impressive. Room interior deco is good

Great hotel with big room and walking distance to shopping center. Wifi has issue when I came. I was waiting my luggages to come in my room but unfortunately they didn’t deliver it and still in the lobby.

Konumu, temizliği ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği açısından iyi bir oteldi. Personel ilgisi ve alakası çok iyi diyebilirim. Rahatlıkla önerebileceğim bir otel.

Nasil hâlâ buranın Hilton adıyla devam edebildiğine şaşkınım. Konaklamadim, sadece spa merkezini kullanma gafletinde bulundum. Fiyatlar kesinlikle tutarsiz. Thai masajı için bize 600, kimine ise 400 fiyat veriliyor. Kese+köpük+masaj sistemini kendi dünyalarında düzenlemeye çalışan, düzensiz ve kirli bir ortama sahip. Uzakdoğu'dan gelmiş kızlarla iletişim kurabilmek için sadece Taice bilmek gerekiyor, aksi halde bırakın Türkçeyi global hiçbir dil bilmediklerinden anlaşmak imkansız, beden diliyle de ne kadar anlaşabilirseniz artık. Kullanılan havlular, pestemaller kirli ve kokuyor ayrıca size masaj yapıldıktan sonra görüyorsunuz ki, o havlular yeniden masaj yatağına seriliyor. İpek kese içerisine beyaz banyo sabununu koyup size kese yapmaya çalışan Taili kızlara böyle kese yapılmaz diye anlatamadik bir türlü. Umarım Hilton bu hatasını duzeltme yoluna gider, yoksa rezalet! Göbek taşı, sauna ve buhar odalarının buz gibi olduğu, otelin bu mevsimde ısıtma açmak istemediği bilgisi de verildi. Nasıl bir yere düştük acaba deyip, sadece güzel zaman geçirmek için birlikte geldiğimiz arkadaşımla sorun cikarmamak için kendimizi zor tuttuk. Ha ayrıca, masaj ortamı da eksilerde. Ne bir masaj gözlüğü, ne giysisi ne de ortam müziği vardı. Birbirleriyle iğrenç şakalar yapan erkeklerin bel altı esprileri ve gürültüler eşliğinde ne kadar dinlenebilirseniz işte...✋

Terrible place, to say this is a Hilton hotel it is a disgrace. When we arrived for check in the receptionist did not speak English she used her phone to translate. Very unwelcoming. It is supposed to be non smoking in the rooms but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the spa advertises a gym which when we went to use it we were told no gym, the pool is tiny and freezing cold we were unable to swim in there!! The steam room was not even open on some days and we had to ask for it to be opened and then we had to ask for water to enable steam. Very unfriendly staff no help with luggage on arrival or departure. The only good thing about my 10 day stay was the breakfast which was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. I have previously stayed at the akgun hotel and Ramada which are a bit further out of the centre so I decided to go with the Hilton as it was in the centre and I thought being the Hilton it would be a 5 star hotel, definitely not, I would only give 2 stars and that is just for the breakfast and the restaurant staff. My future stays will definitely not be at this hotel and I would not recommend wasting your money here. The akgun and Ramada may be out of the centre but you can get the dolmus or a taxi into the centre so I will be staying at one of these hotels in the future and I would recommend these hotels for your stay. This has definitely put me off booking any stays in Hilton hotels anywhere in my future travels.
