AVOID!!!
The elevator is broken, the hotel is extremely close to the freeway, we saw 2 homeless people living at the hotel, the TV did not work and the phones also do not work in the room. I tried to call the front desk and ask why the water was turned off at 10am while we were showering and brushing teeth for Legoland. I walked down and said the phones are broken. I was met with the hotel manager Everet, with a big fake smile that said “I just picked up and you wouldn’t say anything so I hung up.” Seriously? You’re trying to lie to my face about your phones not working?!? I knew at this point I was up against a monster of a hotel manager. I said the water was shut off and no one in my room could brush their teeth or flush the toilet. He said “What am I supposed to do about it?” I said “You’re a hotel manager and you provide customer service.” His response was, “I do not work in customer service.” Again, I couldn’t believe the conversation I was having. I asked him for some water, and he said he could not give me any. I pointed to the 500 bottles of water in the snack area and asked for 1 so we could at least brush our teeth and give our kids some water. His response was “No”. This is the same hotel manager I witnessed talking very rude to a female front desk clerk the day before. I then spoke with a few other hotel workers about this man and they all agreed that he has a lot of problems. They said everyone quits working there after a few days…wonder why. They’ve been trying to renovate this hotel since 2017 apparently.
