Lovely experience from check in, Maryian and Dee are so lovely and friendly. Warming welcomes when we came to reception, very welcoming to my requests! Room is nice and clean and in a very quiet location seeing it’s so close to London! Tea, coffee are in the room ready for arrival!

Stayed here in April 2024 with my wife and two children. Help from Marjam and Frank were the best! Decent hotel with fair facilities but the staff were top class. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good too. Really good value for money.

Stayed in a new room and it was great - clean, quiet, spacious and lots of nice touches! Very impressed. Marjan checked us in and was so friendly, professional and helpful - she is a total asset to PI! Great and would stay again! Would recommend

We visited 9th April. We stayed in a family room. I am immune compromised due to cancer treatment and Maryam on reception desk went out of her way to help me. All the staff were lovely and the room was clean, warm and comfortable. We had a great night sleep. Breakfast was also lovely. Thank you.

Our stay with PI Enfield was everything you would expect from a Premier Inn. Our room and hotel were clean and well presented. Claudia checked us in around 10pm, she was friendly and informative. She advised us on parking and breakfast times and also the fact as it was a bank holiday the local Tesco would probably already be closed. She also got us extra pillows sorted when I came to reception asking for them. Breakfast at the Cookhouse + Pub was also tasty. PI breakfast’s are obviously bog standard across the country but it’s all in the way it is cooked and this one was on point. Everything was well stocked, hot and fresh. Didn’t catch the staffs names in the restaurant but they were also lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this PI to others.

Room stank of smoke, it hit you in the face when we opened the door. Fridge didn't work. Plenty of choice at breakfast but carpets, windows and bathroom dirty. Not worth the money, won't be back. Yes, we did inform reception of issues with the room, bit the receptionist just said 'thanks for letting us know'

I have used this hotel on numerous occasions as it is conveniently placed when I visit my parents. The rooms are of a good size and clean, an added bonus on this trip was the early check in availability which was a nice touch. The staff are helpful and friendly and the attached pub is OK. All in all I recommend this hotel.

Great customer service thank you. Also reception looked after my purse the taxi driver returned that I’d left on Friday afternoon. Very comfortable night sleep and nice and peaceful. Friendly, and helpful staff, I would highly recommend to anyone
